I have always enjoyed shopping at Bath and Body Works. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars there on products for myself and as gifts for others. Today my experience with sales and customer service staff was abhorrent. I went to pick up an item that was already restocked and for which I didn't receive a refund. The girl helping me spoke so loudly, I felt as though I needed to cover my ears. She advised me to contact the customer service number which I did. The young woman that took the call was rude and condescending. After this experience, I think I will try out Target's new line of fragrances. They seem to hire and train staff well and it's always a pleasant experience.

I tried to like Bath and Body because it is, well cheap. Spend the extra money on a good candle, good lotions, and soaps. I think the lotion actually made my hands drier.

Price of hand soap is outrageous. Sale price $3.95. Holy crap! I understand inflation and the need to make a profit, but come on. Unacceptable and won't purchase anymore

Terrible and poor customer service in Australia. I paid for the promotion buy 2 get 1 free. I bought two but they shipped without 1 free item. I contacted customer service regarding this issue. I was advised that this was my fault as I had not clicked the "free item" on check out. I have to say that I was not aware that this was required and I cannot remember seeing instructions advising the same when I checked out. Where I have purchased items previously from other websites that offer these types of promotions, the "free item" has automatically been added if the correct number of items have been purchased. They ripped my money off. The product was good but there are many choices in the market that I would go for it.

I recieved my shipment and one candle was busted beyond usable and i have sent several emails to try to get this resolved and cannot even get a response. I will not be paying this pricey cost for more which is sad because i really like your candles. The candle had to be packaged into the shipper that way from the factory as the outer box had no damage and the other candles were fine. At 25 dollars a candle, i will go else where.

Bathandbodyworks.com is the most poorly designed website I have ever come across. I love their products, but have had nothing but a bad experience each time I order. The site allows you to add products to your cart, check out (payment and shipping), and minutes later you receive an email stating that items in your order have been cancelled as they are out of stock. Yesterday was the third time, and all of my items were cancelled. I don’t understand why they aren’t advertised as “out of stock” on the site.

I had the most horrible customer experience at your Eldridge West oaks store, Houston Texas @3. 20 pm 05/10/21. I'm new to the aromatherapy range and I saw a good deal just before midnight and was able to place my first online order. To pick up at the store, we were 3 ladies on the queue, and it was a long wait , then a black guy with braided hair went on to attend to the lady right after me.(im black too by the way) I waited for her to complete her pick up and then drew his attention that I'm also here for an online pick-up. Because I didn't see any sign stating "online pick" up only, I politely asked him if there is a separate queue for online orders, just so I can join the right queue for next time. he ignored my question and non-chalantly he kept insisting on the last 4 digits of my order number. I had to ask again to draw his attention to acknowledge my question but he non-chalantly said its not his duty, that the lady at the front door should have answered my question before I came into the store...wow. Oh really.I was quite pressed for time else I would have waited for someone else to attend to me and not him cos it was very obvious he has no interest in the company's image but only his hourly pay. To be fair on this store location, I have been shopping here since I moved to Houston 3 years back and I have not had such horrible in-person treatment but I've been a CS team lead for well over 15 years and I know well enough not to shift blames when a customer asks a question or complains. Instead every rep should take responsibility. I don't know if he needs some more training or if this is now the acceptable customer relations response at Bath and Body works but I felt really disrespected. I chose not to look at his name tag. didnt want to know it. Although I really really love price deal of the 7 bottles of aromatherapy body wash that I bought on-line, the store pick -up experience is making me want to return the items. I most likely will return them. Bath time wit their products is therapeutic for me and I wont like to remember that guy's service each time Im about to enjoy a healing shower.

I have purchased every wallflower they have came out with. Many candies. Many hundred dollars later my new house wallflower plug in came. Box wasn’t sealed!!! One side broken open. The house was broke from the plug. $22.50!!! I’m not waiting a month to get new one in mail.
