worst customer service. I have been on call for 3 hours and no one helped me for my question. less knowledge agents

I had a gift card, & I went to bath & body works in Shreveport Louisiana. I bought a few things there and I knew how much I had on my card. The cashier that checked me out didn't give me my change back. I told her I need my change and the stupid girl said no there is no change and clearly it was. There was a lot of people in the store and I didn't want to make a scene, it was only three dollars but thats not the point. I haven't shopped there in a while now. If I do go back I will either use my credit card or just shop online. I can also buy bath & body works on base where I don't have to pay taxes and its a lot cheaper. I went online the other day to their website and I thought of the cashier and it made me so mad that she stoled my money.

Ordered online and was notified that my order shipped, but part of my order was canceled. I went online and talked to their chat ppl only to find out that a candle I selected was sold out in that particular design, but available in the same scent in other designs. I mentioned why there wasn’t a way to send out an email asking if I’d like a substitution before just canceling my order. I was told that was a great idea. Well, duh! It took 20 minutes to be told the candle scent I wanted was available in other designs but I needed my card on file in order for them to honor the sale price and put the order through. No thank you! Such a hassle online. The last time, all my hand soaps came frozen and my candles broken and they were gifts. Done with this company

Love Bath and Body products and have ordered from them many times. However, this last delivery was unacceptable. The box with my order totaling $91 was left leaning aganist my mailbox at the street curb at around five in the evening right around dusk. I've never seen such a lazy, lousy delivery in my life. I'll never order from this company again.

I order body lotion last week after complete my order a couple of days after I received email that my order cancelled no reason given , my transaction/payment already processed. I will not purchase any product again 😞 I am sure the refund takes time to be back to my account it's very disappointing and VERY upsetting.

Do not shop online for Bath & Body Works!!! I ordered 12 hand soaps, all of which the website showed were in stock. I never got my order. When I contacted them, the online chat rep had no idea what she was doing. The phone reps I spoke to following the chat were much more knowledgable and helpful. However, my order had been cancelled, and I wasn't even notified about it. Apparently, all 12 different soaps I ordered were out of stock, although all 12 showed in stock online. These were Christmas gifts that I never got. They tried to send me the same coupon for 20% that I used for the order, instead of compensating me for all the grief accompanying this order that never happened. I will never shop Bath & Body, again. Besides, their sale price on soaps are still getting to be way too outrageous on the price.

This online site double charged me for an order completed month before. They charged me a highwr amount and paypal stole my money for it but it was a higher amount than was originally authorized and they had already completed the sale and deducted money a month before! I had the items! A company does mot ship before its been paid! And thebitems were seasonal and no longer available for purchase at the time of the second charge plus the tracking they provided to paypal was from a month earlier! They stole my last $60 from a disabled woman I couldnt buy my meds or food and my bank overdrafted me because of their theft! Have filed with two attorney generals and the fbi for internet crimes, stay away from this site!

Do NOT purchase the car fragrance!! The oil got so hot while my car was sitting out, it burned my vents in the car.
