never buy from this company. I paid for my stuff and they "sent" my package, due on november 16th. November 18 comes around and i contact them because i havnt gotten my stuff. They tell me that I have to wait until the 26th to get a refund. Today is the 29th, i contacted them and they told me i have to wait 2 more days to get a refund. Do not spend money with this company, they are an absolute con.

Bath and Body works store was charged twice and now 12 days later told it will still take 7-10 days business days to reverse the transaction. Don't ever pay by debit card/credit card use cash only as you can't trust them.

Bath & Body Works on Chisholm Trail has the worst sales people ever. First I had to take my candles out of the candle holder carton because her fake nails were so long. Then they would not honor a 20% coupon that expired 2 days ago. I called BBW customer service and they said it was still the store’s policy to honor a 3 day grace period. They still wouldn’t honor it so I asked for my coupon back and took it to another store that graciously honored the coupon.

Had their $2.95 soap deal, but everything was sold out online and I was not going to spend the time waiting in line in store, which was absolutely crazy!! Then the next day, when the sale was over, everything I wanted was available... hmm... crooked company!!

The app does not work at all. It glitches none stop there is something very wrong with it.

Place and order, paid via PayPal, they cancelled the order. Chatted with customer service representative to be told that I needed to contact an 800 number to verify my info. The funny thing is the order was $56.00 and cents, with code came to $26.00 and cents. No more business with this company. What a shame!

I am so very disappointed with the customer care as when I attempted to order the handsoaps for the 2.95 sale on 11/20/2021, I was unable to submit order after placing my credit card info into online system. When calling customer care twice on 11/20/2021, two associates Vicky and Juan although the very nice, both informed me that there was a system malfunction on bath and body works end due to the high volume of customers placing orders for handsoaps. I was told by Vicky to call back in two hours at 6 pm when I called back I spoke with Juan and he said I have until 12am or to call back for the sale or to call back the next day and that customer care will honor the promotional sale and give me a price adjustment. I called this morning 11/21/2021, and after speaking with another sales associate Griceliz she said she tried and wasn’t able to enter a code to honor yesterday’s sale. All she could do on her end was to give a 25 dollar off coupon code. This would still be paying much more than the 2.95 promo code and total of items in my cart. Needless to say I was really disappointed with the fact that customer care management did not honor yesterday’s sale for not only me but every other customer who too was in this predicament. Very unfair and unkind to bath and body works customers to not honor the promotional sale when the error was on bath and body works end as reported to me in both phone calls that took place yesterday 11/20/2021.

It's unbelievable that in this day and age a company as popular as B&BW has such an antiquated shipping process. No other company takes so long to actually ship your items and even worse, the days while your order is in limbo, customer service can't even tell you when you'll receive it nor are they even able to cancel the order. Your products are amazing but it's really a shame that customer service and shipping processes are so inefficient because it's SUCH a customer deterrent. Sorry B&BW, I would rather shop elsewhere.
