So on my last order it's 1 star only bc you have to. In general I don't typically have an issue (except when FedEx THREW package up 8 strep steps when marked fragile) Ordered 10 candles Dec 6. Got ONE few days later and package has been 30 min away few days at facility. Don't they have a guarantee delivery by date? But hey can always call sat never received after it's received for the trouble Lol. Merry xmas

They absolutely suck! I've waited a shorter time for a package from the the UK! Do not order online. You get the run around, or press 1 for a medical emergency! Wth!

I placed an order on November 26, waited for for 3 weeks to get order. Never got order. Called customer service & 3 of my items were out of stock. Cancelled one item switched 2. There were expediting the order, then I get an email after saying more then half my items are out of stock. Called customer service & can’t get a hold of anyone. I won’t be ordering anymore if they continue using LSO.

Prepared an online order for 19 products - all on sale. Placed the order and never got a confirmation email. Got sent an email that I left something in my cart - the order NEVER went through!! NOW they say they won't honor the sale price. Waiting for a manager to call. You are NOT the only store to sell soap!! I will NEVER make another purchase if you DO NOT FIX THIS!

I received a shipment of wall flower refills that were just thrown into a box and shipped. Needless to say, some were broken because they weren't packed in the little trays that keep them from banging around. I called them and got the entire shipment replaced only to have that one come the same way. If this is all the more care bath and body works treats their products, I don't believe I trust them to serve me appropriately. I'm severely saddened by this neglect!

Got in early on candle sale, placed order quickly, transaction completed successfully. Two weeks later, get message saying half my order had shipped, while the other half was cancelled. I will never ship at this company online again!!!

Shopping online is a joke at Bath and Body Works. The sale was buy 2 get 2 free. After placing the order they canceled over half the order. Then I couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over an hour at which time they told me they couldn’t cancel the rest of the order which left me paying full price for odd items. Their customer service rep was rude. What a joke! Never order online from them!

I’ve used them for years and never had a problem until this year. I ordered 18 items buy 3 get 3 free on Black Friday. It finally shipped a week later and 12 of the items were cancelled with an email saying to order something else. Oh yeah? Now I can’t get the same sales price I had. So the 6 items left came in and 3 of the bottle tops weren’t screwed on so they leaked out and these are Xmas gifts!!! So I call and they claim they were going to resend the 6 “damaged” items, and ignored my complaint about the 12 cancelled items, and said they were overnighting the 6 items confirmed the order went through. About an hour later I receive a new email that the new 6 items were also CANCELLED! And when you call you’re on hold forever and they don’t call back for at least an hour. Now you can’t even do live chat. They have no email for customer service anymore. I’m never shopping here ever again!
