Amazing scents! The mists are a bit dull and dont last that long, however the lotions are my favorite. I have yet to try the room mists and car fresheners but Ive ordered them and have high expectations!

As a Jewish family who celebrates Hanukkah, we are so happy and pleased to see BBW releasing a Hanukkah line. The plug ins are beautiful and the ‘Happy Hanukkah’ scent smells amazing (just like a jelly donut.) Thank you for the representation, it’s about time! 💙🕎would love to see a car freshener in the ‘Happy Hanukkah’ scent!!

Wonderful shopping experience at BBW KLCC. The staff named Raihana is very friendly and helpful to assist me in choosing the hand soap that I want. I get the chance to smell many different kinds of hand soap, until I finally can decide what I want.

I have no idea why bath and body work has almost 2 starts!! I been shopping from them (mostly body wash and hand wash and sprays) they are good, my house smells good also MYSELF lol They always have best sell. Thank you guys 😊

I like BBW & I used to love them but lately the candles don't smell right, quality control is a big problem, I spent $3,000 there for Christmas & buying several of the same candles, some you can smell & some you can't but I've never had a problem with customer service, if anything this is one of the best customer service I've dealt with, I've never once had a problem on the phone or in the store & tell me another store that will take back your candle if you don't like it! I think they get a bad wrap even though there are problems, they make it easy to fix.

Last week, I went to Bath & Body works location at old orchard shopping center suit #J-9 in skokie, the service is wonderful!!! A young lady named Ashley is great!!! she's very patient to every customer, and she's very very friendly to answer all customers' questions! she should get high prise! We appreciate her excellent professional service!
