I ordered from Bath & Body Works in November, at the time they had this great deal on for body mists, so I thought I would order some for christmas presents. They stated on their website that their trusted courier service is AUSTRALIA POST. My order came up to about $120, and I still paid shipping fees. I then found out once my order was shipped, they used COURIERPLEASE. It is now January, and I have received an email from Courier Please stating they have lost my parcel - which basically means someone has stolen it, as it was in Perth in NOVEMBER. I then went to go email Bath & Body Works to enquire about a refund, to find they have had their email provider, block my email address. This company is a disgrace, I advise you do not order from them, as they are more than happy to take people's money.

Uh ok. Just spent 2 days trying to order. It’s such a horrible experience, NEVER again. And trying to use Apple Pay…forget about it. It’s like that company actively hates you and doesn’t WANT you to buy anything.😬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They really need to invest in making their website more user friendly with accurate data and live carts. I have tried placing an order three times in the past two days. Each time I get an error when I submit the order that an item is now out of stock even though every item shows available. Their website is a joke for a company their size.

For the last three days I tried to shop online sale of Bath and Body Works. First three times (as I don't like to give up) everything worked and I went through paypal and nothing. The order still there. So I go through my email and password and put it on my card. Again everything goes through and I hit order and nothing again. Order still there. Finally order disappears. Tried a few more times and then they would not let it go through as items not available. Take them off and then again nothing after I order. Today they even had me go through hoops to make sure I was not a bot. And still the order goes through but no order # and the items still there. I even had my husband do it on his computer in case something going on with my computer but same thing happening. Finally all the merchandise I ordered except for one thing unavailable. Bath and Body Works owes me many hours of my time. Never again!

The time between order to shipping is EXORBITANT and EXCESSIVE. Considering the size and marketshare of a company like this, they should be ashamed!

SUPER FRUSTRATED with BBW, s online orders. First time ordering from them online and I will not ever do it again. Yesterday morning I bought 2 three wick candles and two wall flower refills for a really good sales price. Ok well that part is not a happy ending because I paid over $60 dollars for ever thing and the next day I check my order status and one of the candles went from 1 qty to 0 qty? How can this even happen after I bought it? What frustrating is that I just paid for a candle that I "thought" I was getting! Contacted customer service with my complaint and I was told it's a ware house picking problem… well guess what that is not the customers problem at all problem. Don't put a candle online and say it's in stock we go and buy it and poof it's gone right out of our cart. Then the customer service lady said it's back in stock again but yet you all cancelled my order saying it's out of stock? It was just ordered yesterday and it went from in stock, to out of stock, to in-stock again? I wanted to cancel my order and then I'm told again I can't cancel my order… ok that's when the headache comes in. I've never heard of a retail company not being able to cancel a current order when it hasn't even shipped yet! Then to make matters worse I would have drive my un happy behind to the store to return it when I live an hour away from the closest store! Customer service tried to fix the problem, but to me this is an ongoing issue with the in stock situation. The company policy can be done away with. Please do not order online save the hassle and trouble. I just hope I even get my stuff…..

All of my moisturizing body wash have mold around the flip tops. I ordered 12. When I contacted them with the order number provided in the order email, they can not find a order with that number and can not receive pictures or emails for me to prove it. So needless to say I'm out 12 bottles because who wants to take a shower with moldy products??

Ordered online. Received email saying order confirmed. A few seconds later received email saying 3 items no longer available. WHAT that makes no sense why was I able to purchase them then if they're not available. I called BBW right away to tell them I want to cancel the remaining item because now I don't need it because it only works with the other items that were TAKEN away from me. She said she couldn't cancel it even though it's literally only been about 15 minutes since I ordered it. Also they did charge me the full amount of the order even though they took away 3 items. They don't believe me though but the charge is clearly on my statement. They are completely unwilling to do anything about it. WHAT so now I'm paying for items I'm not getting. Wow what a SCAM. Don't give this company your hard earned money they're not worth it!!!!!! Also, I paid 14.99 for 2day shipping what a RIP OFF. The one remaining item which they refuse to cancel is taking 8 days to be delivered not 2. So I paid 14.99 for absolutely no reason. That's completely unfair it's just another way for them to STEAL your money. They won't cancel orders and they make money off 2day shipping which doesn't exist. WOW they're stealing alot of customers money!!!!! Was a long time customer but not anymore.
