This company totally scammed me. I ordered 32 bottles of soap in their sale at $3.50 at the beginning of March. I received an email on Tuesday(almost 2 weeks later) to tell me my delivery was returned to the depot and not delivered. I contacted the customer service live chat who said if I bought the same items in store she would issue a gift card for the difference in price. She "got cut off" so I phoned customer service and 45 minutes later the lady said I would receive a refund for the full amount I had paid ($128.66). I just received an email saying my refund would be $105.94. By placing an order with Bath and Body Works it cost me $22.72. This is a total scam. Do not order from this company.

These guys should work on their customer service. Else they will wind up their operations in Australia.. MARK MY WORDS...SOON

Their pumice body scrub is nothing more than a glorified bath gel, thick soap. Don't waste your money. I tried the sample and it had more "grit" in it than the one I bought. I have had the mineral body polish, hydraulic acid, now that was a scrub. I could not find it in the store in my last visit. I am about ready to be done with Bath and Body works.

It's simple. They don't ship what you order, haven't constant sales they can't fulfil and customer service is non-existent. Took a month to have 3 of 23 items ship. the other 20 are missing. They replied once to 17 emails telling me to wait another 5 business days (2 months into this saga). I have 20 missing items. No refund. Save your money. Shop anywhere but here. They have hundreds of complaints pending with the ACCC. Hundreds of dissatisfied clients in a fb group. They continue to sell products they don't have.

Terrible awful terrible experience paid $1000 for product, over a month later no update or shipping no response. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional untrustworthy company Update - weeks on I have continued to contact this company about my missing orders and they have failed to respond, but now just updated the status on the orders that had not shipped yet to delivered today. THESE ITEMS WERE NOT EVEN MARKED AS SHIPPED ON MY ACCOUNT AND SINCE I THREATENED TO CONTACT THE ACC THEY HAVE UPDATED THE STATUS TO DELIEVERED SO I CANT PROVE THEY NEVER SHIPPED THEM. The WORST shopping experience I have EVER had in my whole life. Never been ripped off hundreds of dollars by a company before. Crazy! So upsetting and financially damaging.

I suggest if you like their products, DO NOT BUY ON LINE! I won't bore you with the details but my experience using a gift card has been ridiculous. If the company is out of the certain products they should take them off the website. They wait until the end after you've given them all the information needed and then tell you the products are unavailable. How aggravating!! Just go to the mall if you really want their products.

I've never had the issues with this company as I had this year. Missing products, late deliveries, and cancelled items on the date of delivery. But, today was the final one. I had placed an order in early December, and it was delivered in mid Dec. Today I received an email from BBW and it was the duplicate order I'd already received. I didn't think much of it. Checked my bank acct, and I received a random charge from BBW in the exact same amount from the order I had placed a month ago, and the email I had received today. As it hasn't gone through yet, I can't dispute it from my bank, but I also can't access the funds, and their rep pretty much said it could take up to 30 days for the error to be resolved. So I'm pretty much out $100+ dollars because they literally stole it from me. Will never use this company again. Awful.

Same complaint as everyone else. They list the products as being available, but when you check out its not available. Then I call to complain and they now have the item I think Better Business Bureau should be contacted, as this is definitely FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You wasted my precious time letting me go through and place the order and when checking out its not available. I will not shop at Bath and Body anymore which is a shame because I would get a lot of Christmas gifts there. But I can longer support a company with such poor ordering.
