I usually shop in store and I wish I had. I will never order online ever again. Their products are fine, but whoever packs these shipping boxes is god awful! They used a giant box and put one little strip of bubble wrap that took up 1/4th of the box. All of my products were just bounced around and completely damaged. The box was coated in soap and perfume, the spray tops on the perfume were broken off and pretty much everything was ruined. My box was completely smashed and I’m surprised my products didn’t fall out of the box. That’s more on usps than the company but still. For such a high profit business, you’d think they’d actually pack their boxes more securely! I’m never ordering online ever EVER again. If you want their products, I’d suggest going to a store.

Never have I had such an awful experience when placing an online order . I placed a rather large order , paid $15.99 for two day shipping only to find out that my $15.99 had been taken and I wasn’t getting my order for 5 days . So asked for a refund because I don’t like bemused or lied to and money taken and not used for the purpose intended. Even after requesting a refund I was on the phone for 2 hours and when I received my email confirmation half my money wasn’t refunded to me . So again they took money from me . After doing business with a company for more than 30 years and this sort of thing happens, it’s time to cut ties . I am appalled, disappointed,disrespected an highly humiliated by the actions of these people. No apology will fix the way I feel because if I was to take from them , I would be jailed.

Awful! You can't open their foam soap bottle tops! I called the store, they told me to call customer service. Customer service hold music is WAY TOO LOUD! Do not shop here!

Considering the lack of locations to pick up from in my area, I have to use shipping. Not sure what kind of company increases the shipping price when a person applies a coupon to the cart but it appears it’s this one. Shipping goes from $6.99 to $10.99 when I add the 20% coupon and make no other changes to my cart. Absolutely a scam.

Terrible. For all of my orders they have used FEDEX or UPS. This last order they shipped with lasership. Lasership can’t deliver to my home Not a military friendly company. Don’t shop with them

I’ve never seen men’s cologne on sale. Women’s items are always on sale. My wife buys all the time. I find it pointless to even go in the store. Full price only doesn’t seem to be good marketing concept. Not even on Holidays. Well it must work for you but not for me nor all the other males on my social media sites.

I have ordered from them several times over the years. Twice the soap tops were not on properly and opened up during delivery causing a huge mess. Also, they say free delivery but check your credit card because they like to slip a separate charge on you bill for it and then hope you don't try to fight it. If you call them, they are extremely curt with responses and treat you like you have annoyed them. Just terrible service when all you ask for is the truth.

Bath and body is a total scam I order more than $500 worth and now they are saying I only ordered $20 with are you kidding me DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND
