Placed order on July 22. Received 2 e-mails on the 22nd that my order was received & confirmed. Another e-mail on July 26th the order was shipped & supplied with a tracking number. Yet another e-mail the order was “on it’s way” on the 28th with the order date changed to July 23rd. Someone please explain the difference between “shipped” & “on it’s way” 🤬 I checked the tracking number on July 29th that showed delivery for today, Saturday, July 30th. Nope! Now it should be here August 1st.

Ordered products on 7/12/22. The label was created on 7/18/22 and Fed Ex still has not received the package as of today, 7/27/22. Attempted a chat this evening, but was for some reason chat was disconnected. On last online order a couple months ago, the box looked beat up and 2 items were missing. I think I'll just stick to the shopping in the store, cuz ordering online does not turn out well.

Do not order from them, specially the Canadian website! They resent me a package cause mine got lost and they only sent me half of my products, when I contacted them they said it wasn't in stock when they actually were! And the lady who kept emailing me, Rhonda something kept ignoring the fact that I told her I knew my products were in stock and stopped answering my emails. Never buying from them again! Yankee Candles for the win!

I placed an order on 6/23/22. I had not received order by day 9. Called customer service to be told the package was damaged and could not be replaced bc all merchandise was gone. I was told I would be emailed a coupon for 20% off and free shipping and never received that. Just called today 7/16/22 and spoke to Teresa. I had 8 items in my bag. She gave me such a runaround that by the time she was done, all but 3 of the items were gone out of my bag. She did nothing to help me but made excuses of why I can't have free shipping and 20% off as I was promised. I have been a customer for years but they do not care. Poor form and dismal customer service, if you can even call it that.

Ordered 5 candles that was on semi annual service. Received 4 old candles that are damaged, contacted the customer service and told them that I need to exchange them because they are not in working and old condition. The wax is falling out and metal pieces that are holding the 3 wicks are messed up. Was told that they will reship it to me. Passed a week and still haven't gotten anything. Decided to call and the lady tells that my candles been sold out and that they will give me a refund. I asked her what is the refund amount and she tells that she doesn't know, that I should get an email in 24 hours. So I asked her about the shipping refund and she tells me that I won't be getting that. Seriously? It's not my fault that u sending people damaged goods. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will not be shopping with the company that doesn't care about ot customers. I should be paying for the goods that I received damaged.

Don’t order from them. They will screw up the order and have YOU pay the return ship

We ordered 2 candles and 5 hand sanitizers from Bath & Body Works. When we opened the box on our counter it was filled with dozens and dozens of small black ants. I took the box including the two small boxes with candles and threw it in the garbage and sprayed it till it was dripping while my wife kept killing ants that got into her counter drawers. We then sprayed the whole counter and still finding some crawling out from under. Called Customer Service and they offered to credit shipping and we said totally unacceptable and after further discussion they agreed to credit entire price, We have bought these candles and santizers for years; both in store and online but are done. Not sure what the issue was in their warehouse but CS was terrible.

What a disaster, I ordered online BnBworks Canada, half of my order canceled coz they’re no longer available, I called to cancel my whole order to avoid shipping fee for only few items,they said I will get a refund, but nothing happened. I don’t recommend d online buying for this company
