This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I checked out only to be notified that they had removed items from my cart after I checked out as they had sold out yet they still charged me the order total as if the items had been purchased. I called, emailed, and had to live chat for 2 days before I finally received a response. Their customer services were incredibly unhelpful and rude. They said they would do noting. They accepted no fault. They did not apologise. They wouldn’t issue a refund. They told me that they would not cancel the order. They told me that I could not return the items in store. They told me I could only return the item via post via my own expense. This is straight fraud. I will never be shopping with this dishonest and dodgy company again.

This place should be called the Candle Shop. That's mainly what they sell. They have totally lost it! Very disappointed in Bath & Body Works!

Where to start ! I had a $50 gift card I used online at check out said your order has been placed but never got a email confirmation. So I called and live chatted they said there was a technical error when I placed my order and it can not be found !! Online chat said I would be reissued a gift card through email but over phone said no I wouldn’t be reissued a gift card and that I’m out $40 from the gift card. Alls they offered is 20% off order and free shipping but still honored the mens 50% after switching it back to normal price. They are thieves unbelievable terrible customer service ! So just beware everyone that’s what they do to there customers if this happens to you !

I purchased Bath and Body wallflower with their refill. Upon waking up I noticed the finish on my buffet was completely gone!!!! I looked above it and saw the wallflower and felt all oil on the glass of the refill,which was on the buffet. The oil on the buffet smelled like the lilac wallflower. I called Bath and Body and heard nothing from their insurance until I called them. GALLEGHER BASSET. SPOKE WITH A GIRL CHARMAINE WHO ALL SHE DID WAS ASKED FOR INFO, WHICH I GAVE HER. THEN ASK FOR MORE INFO. NOT TELLING ME THEY WOULDNT honor the claim not having the damaged piece. SHE DIDNT TELL ME THAT UNTIL. SHE made the decision. I would think if that was the determining factor then she didn't need any other info. Of course I threw it out fill of oil!!!!! Just BEAWARE IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU KEEP IT. They ARE NOT FOR THE CONSUMER!!! I BOUGHT $$$$$ OF ITEMS FROM THEM ONLINE AND IN STORE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY OFF MY PURCHASE LIST. ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE THEM PAY THE REFINISH BILL TO HAVE FIXED. I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 NOT EVEN A 1 IF OFFERED!!!

I have to say this is the worst company I've ever done business with they teach you out of your rewards they cheat you any way they can you go in you show them that this item is reduced on your site and they go well we can't help you if you don't want to pay full price then there's nothing we can do for you this is one of the worst stores I've ever had to deal with and this isn't just over a week or two this is been proceeding for the last few years so I would tell anybody that's thinking of going to that business to get out don't do it their site crashes constantly and they tell me to enter my email address which they're sending me messages on and they said it doesn't exist less wexner had a good thing when he started it and then he got over his head with his crap that gave him bad press hanging out with child rapist so I'm done I don't care what they do I'll never go back there they cheat cheat everybody obviously they don't read the reviews because they very seldom get anything above a one

This was the first time calling customer relations at 800-395-1001 that is listed on the product. RUDE!!! I asked for a replacement of body wash that had leaked in my bag. The GIRL that I spoke with said to take it back to the store cuz she couldn't do anything. then, CLICK...how rude is that????

I visited the lake success Ny store on Saturday august 13 2022. I was trying to exchange an item they the top that broke . I was told I could not exchange the item that bath and body no longer adhered to the policy that was posted on the website or the 10foot sign displayed at the register. I was humiliated I. Front of other customers and my daughter . I asked for the managers manager and she further humiliated me by saying this could not Be exchanged and that policy was no longer in effect. I left the store called customer service and explained what happed and was taken care of immediately. I want an immediate apology from the employees at the store. I have recently had a heart attack and when I left that store I got physically sick at how I was treated for am17.50 cent bottle Of spray.

Every time I order online the items come damaged and spilled all over the place Then it’s even worse having to contact customer service, worse than speaking to a wall.
