If I could give no stars, I would. Order placed 11/28. Expected delivery 12/3-12/8. It’s 12/10 nothing. No word no apology. I’m so angry with the total lack of cares given. They keep posting sales. Why would I buy more? I can’t get what I already ordered. Do. Not. Order. From them.

First of all language barrier between customer service representative and myself caused need for me to repeat myself numerous times. Her screaming kids in the background did not help the situation! I was calling for assistance regarding a coupon code that I could not get to go through online. She could not resolve the problem and when I asked to speak to manager she refused to transfer me. I asked for her name or employee ID number so that I could contact a manager at my own discretion and she refused to provide me any of her contact information. In the midst of being placed on an extremely long hold I was able to resolve the problem on my own, however she still did not get it when I explain to her what the problem was! Again, the language barrier or perhaps pure incompetence!!!! I am an extremely loyal customer!! I shop online because I am disabled and it is easier for me. This really makes me think twice about ordering from them again!

I HAVE BEEN WEARING VANILLA BEAN NOEL FOR YEARS! IT IS THE ONLY SCENT I WEAR ALL YEAR LONG! I STOCK UP AT CHRISTMAS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. FOR SOME REASON THEIR FORMULA AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY VANILLA BEAN IN IT AT ALL! I FIRST READ SOME REVIEWS ON LINE AND THEN WENT TO SMELL IT FOR MYSELF! VERY DISAPPOINTED WHY THEY WOULD THINK CHOCOLATE SMELLS LIKE VANILLA & WHY WOULD THEY CHANGE SOMETHING AFTER 20 YEARS!!... FURTHERMORE THEIR CANDLE ALSO SMELLS LIKE CHOCOCALTE BUT NOT EVEN AS STRONG AS THE PAST CANLDES... THANK GOD I STILL HAVE SOME BOTTLES LEFT OVER FROM LAST YEAR... HOPE THEY CHANGE IT BACK FOR 2023!

Never EVER EVER Do not order for shipping because you probably will never receive your order. Once you tell them you never got it, they will say they resent it. You will once again never receive it. So be on the lookout to ensure you get your refund.

This is my first review I have ever posted but I feel so strongly I have to write this. I stayed up late after working all day on cyber Monday to place an order. I never received a message from Bath and Body Works saying the order was ready. Then I received a message saying REMINDER your order is ready for pick up. I was headed out the next day to get it when I received a message saying they cancelled my order. I called the 800 number and spoke to somebody with a very heavy accent. He said sorry nothing I can do. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 1/2 hour and was told I would have to call back the next day. I called back the next day and started to tell them the problem and was cut off (hung up on) twice. I got in the car drove to the store showed them the order I had placed and apprised them of the fact I never received the message saying it was ready. I was told SORRY nothing we will do for you. REALLY worse customer service I have ever experienced!

I just ordered and before they review and finished it charged me but didn’t email me letting me know my order processed . Maybe fix your site because you’re charging people before they even finish and then denying them because u already charged me

Fix the problems, would you please? My order never shipped, yet i was charged for the entire order. Now you are out of stock!

Moonlight Path is literally my favorite. So of course this is one of the expired scents. A couple of months ago I order large order which is overly expensive online to receive lotions that had turned brown the body spray just didn't smell right either. So I returned it at the store and got replacements. But after smelling them they just didn't smell like the Moonlight Path I've used for years. So I went to another store to compare with their display and still no change so I asked one of the managers to smell it and there's and he was like you could barely smell a scent. So with that I left the ones I had gotten from the other store with them. So one day I visited the store where I had returned my online purchase and the manager their tried to convince me that just because it was brown didn't mean it was bad 🤔. Who has ever heard of such a thing. Even customer service stated if it was brown it was old. I don't know what ingredients they are missing but they need to get back to it because most of the expired scents lack the scents they used to have. Too expensive not to smell right. Instead of going up on the prices fix what sells.
