The candles I ordered on December 2 are still not here, and it's now December 17. Have tried the live chat support and it is terrible. I was waiting in line indefinitely because there were 400 people ahead of me. You'd think that, given how long it takes to receive your goods, they'd offer free shipping by now.

Bath and body works products are great, but I hate being accosted barely 2 steps into the store. "Oh, did you know we are having a buy on get one half off sale?!". Why, yes I did, that is because I can read your signs, but thanks. As I get deeper into the store a second, then a third person remind me of the specials. Thanks but just stop. Because of the annoying in store experience, I decided to order Xmas presents online. Big effin mistake. I ordered 12/4, here I am on 12/16 with no order. According to their confirmation email, my items were supposed to be here by now. So I called their customer care and reached someone who was offshore and completely incompetent. Oh it's released for shipment, Can't cancel my order either. Well, gee whiz Wanda or whatever your real name is, that's great and all but I hope to get my order by Christmas. Three pieces of advice here BBW- stop training your employees to push high pressure sales tactic, they are just scaring people away from what would otherwise be a pleasant in-store experience. Second, get out of the online sales game, you obviously have no clue about logistics. Third, you customer care people aren't getting the job done, not even close!

Shipping is HORRIBLE. I understand it’s close to the holidays but other companies are delivering in a reasonable amount of time. AND I paid for shipping!!! I would be more forgiving if shipping was free. Order was placed on December 2nd and I MAY receive it by Christmas.

Was told by customer service I may or may not get my order by time originally promised. No refund available. Not one resolution available! I never dreamed a company like B AND BW would be this terrible.

I would give them zero stars if the system let me. This company has no customer service. They claim to be Bath and Body Works Australia when they are in fact in Singapore and they will not refund when they are in the wrong. There is no recourse when a purchase from them goes wrong.

Made an online purchase, went to the store to pickup on Saturday and was told the order was cancelled and a new gift card refund was sent to my email. Never got the refund so I called customer service to find out what happened but the lady I spoke with was unable to assist. I felt bad for the customer service person because she had no support to make things right. I’ll be trying to figure out a new strategy to get in touch with corporate to take care of this matter.
