Great products - fast delivery and excellent customer service. Recently purchased 3-wick candles..they went on sale the following week. I received a refund for the difference. Much appreciated this. Will definitely continue to be a customer.

Great products at bath and body works. I have sensitive skin so I cannot use all types of products but they offer some that work great for me. Their foaming soaps and colognes are always good

About 5 years ago, I received products from this brand as a gift from a friend, before that I hadn't heard of this brand. It's an understatement to say that I was thrilled with the scent, texture, and quality of the products. I fell in love with this brand and have been regularly purchasing and trying out different scents and products since then, with their candles being my all-time favorite.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much, I guess my only experience working this company is probably when I was much younger and lately I have felt like customer service in general has been pretty awful, across-the-board, even at the higher value and more expensive places, for example, high-end hotels, etc. with all that said Ordered a bunch of the wrong items and had to get them sorted out for my return. I also lost my receipt, all these things for my fault, but I went back-and-forth with them and they could not have been more patient and so eventually when I tracked it down they’re able to help me find the package and get it turned around and get the refund. I was pretty impressed and a bit surprised at the ease.

I shopped at Bath & Body today at Monroeville Mall and was helped by Carol. She took the time to explain my birthday reward and another item I was able to get there. Carol is an excellent employee who cares about her customers, and I certainly will be going back to this location!

Bath & Body Works offers a great selection of high-quality products with a vast array of scents. Holiday sales provided extra incentive to purchase. Delivery was fast and products arrived in perfect condition.

I want to speak to the helpfulness and professionalism of this company; at least the online portion. I placed an order which was sent very quickly. I tracked the order as far as my delivery date but, due to an error by my post office, the package never got to my door and was returned by the post office to the sender. I called the company and they immediately sent out another shipment without having received the original shipment back. I can’t speak highly enough about this transaction but they have certainly earned a forever customer in me.
