3 wick candles used to be the best. Now have little fragrance so we buy discount candles which are way better.

The quality of Bath & Body Works hand soaps has been declining slowly over the last few years and even faster since CoViD-19 all while prices have been skyrocketing. The liquid hand soaps have become thinner and thinner and this last time the fragrances are almost undetectable. I have purchased B&BW hand soaps for over twenty years. It's the only hand soap I use in the house and I keep between 80 and 120 bottles in my closet at any given time. They have always been a good value for the price because of their quality but now I'm looking for cheaper alternatives, sadly.

Came to the store day after Christmas, no prices on the soap anywhere I asked sales associates, she went to check prices and was told me it was $7.75 or $7.50 It’s ridiculous to charge for soap $7.75 Since when prices went up, it’s use to be 4.75 and now it’s double Very upsetting, no wonder these stores will close their doors for ever

Their shipping is garbage. Something is always broken when I receive it, plus they never have free shipping over a certain amount. If I’m paying for shipping I expect nothing to be broken.

Not worth it. Nothing in Bath&Body Works is worth it except the candles. They actually smell nice. I ordered once, took them 8 days to ship it. Ordered second time, took them 12 days to ship it. Ordered 3rd time and its 14 days and they still haven’t shipped it. All of the orders had paid shipping around 7$. If you will make customers wait so long, unless wave the shipping fee. My orders are well above 70$.

First of all..no direct operative store phone no. The toll free no on the receipt gives the customer a different no. To dial. Secondly if a saleitem is out of stock both on the store and online the co. Will/do not honor the sale at a later date once the item is back n stock.why would I pay $26.00 for a single candle when I can pay $9.00 for a candle? You can't even pre pay for the items.ive re-gifted gift cards because I've never been satisfied with the store sales and regular items being in stock. I'm done!

I love bath and body wors but their packing is awful. Items come in damaged From now on, I will just be shopping in stores which is unfortunate because some of the items I like are only available online. While they are great about replacing, it's just time consuming.

I ordered 6 hand soap recently, at $3.50 each,that were delivered by Purolator. I'm assuming that"none" of the bottles were damaged when they were packaged... By the time I received them, 4 of the 6 had broken pumps!!! Bath and Body Works, please get another delivery service
