I made my purchase on December 2 for Christmas gifts and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have called many times and they do not answer, I just received an email telling me that it will arrive in different boxes and that I apologize for the inconvenience. very bad service

I went shopping at bath and body works in Yakima, Washington on December 27, 2022 and recieved really bad customer service, in particularly from an associate named Ally. She had an attitude from the moment I went up to the counter to make my purchases, and was very rude to me throughout the transaction. Seriously, if you're day is going that badly, don't take it out on customers, JUST STAY IN BED!! The other associates just kind of stood around talking among themselves, not really helping any customers. I am well traveled and have never experienced anything like this at another bath and body works! Maybe they're experiencing holiday burn out? 😂

Website and app are absolute crap. Glitchy as hell. Whether it's selecting a store, applying coupon, inputting payment, it keeps glitching and resetting. No other online shopping experience comes close. I hope they thank God every second he created noses.

I ordered a sale item online (Ocean mens body wash) on sale for 3 @ $3.95 each but comfirmation after I placed my order came back at 1 for $13.50. Called customer service immediately who offered a 20% coupon but refused to honor my order. This is second time I experienced this (last time they eventually refunded my money rather than fill my order). Never again.

Bath and Body clearly do not understand how shipping works!! Made my order Dec 9th. Received email it’s being processed on Dec 14th. Dec 18th an email states my order shipped. The order did NOT ship, a label for the order was created on Dec 16th and nothing after that. Did the online chat, got knocked off (or the rep disconnected), had to start all over with 329 in the queue before me. I ended up calling, representative clearly unable to handle customers, had no info where my package was, wanting me to wait until the 26th! I let her know that is unacceptable, it was a gift, the 26th is too late. The girl put me on hold again and stated she can process return payment. Absolutely!! I know I will never see my package, never again will I do business with Bath and Body, total disappointment.

I placed an order online that offered a special sale (soap 3.25) and ordered on the first day before noon this was on 14 December. I contacted them 3 times and was told I would get my order before Christmas. On 21 December my entire order was cancelled because everything was out of stock. I am not happy. I could have gone to the store and purchased but instead ordered online. I will never shop at this business again.

Bath and Body Works - where are my candles ordered on 12/02/2022? The original delivery date was sent to me via email as 12/7-12/15. Then I get an email almost 2 weeks later that advised a delay and that my new delivery date would be "on or before 12/23." Your automated service is now saying "by 12/30", but your customer representative is saying I should still receive by 12/23, which at this point is impossible unless shipped next day delivery guaranteed. I was also told that I cannot cancel my order at this point. Your website today (12/21) is showing that your company is working to fulfil orders placed on 12/1 when on Monday 12/19 it showed that 12/2 orders are being fulfilled. What is going on? I need my candles for Christmas Eve gifts. I need answers. I understand that your company gets slammed with orders this time of year, specifically on Candle Day. Moving forward, your company should begin Candle Day on an earlier date so that you have no issues with fulfilling orders and honoring YOUR shipping schedule. I have worked for several large B2C companies and shipping was always the same/next business day orders were received, as that is good business practice. This is ridiculous! I have never experienced anything like this before. I need my candles! I will NEVER order again! And PS - I may not be able to cancel the order your company, but I can for sure notify my bank to block any pending BBW transaction! Bet!

I ordered several Gift cards from Bath and Body Works. It took them 10 days to get them to me. After spending 20 to 30 minutes filling out the forms for "To" and "From" I received them totally unmarked and without gift receipts. They weren't maked in any way, so I had not way to differentiate the $100 card for my wife from the others for employees and volunteers. I called customer service and got a very nice person, but they couldn't help me at all. I called the closest store, about 20 miles from me, and they can scan them to discover who much is on each card. NEXT YEAR THEY ALL GET CASH!!!
