Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

I went to the bath and body works in Turnersville NJ it wasn't a good experience when asking which items were included in sale my mother was basically told to read the signs and the manager was unaccommodating with the coupon we had in are email and didn't honor it. my first bad experience with bath and body works I will stick to the Plymouth meeting store. I only went there because my mother lives in NJ

As with others, I ordered well over 2 weeks ago and keep getting email messages that say it is coming. When you contact customer service to cancel, they are just as incompetent as their supposed shipping department. They have no excuse except incompetence. I can go to Wal Mart faster than these people ship products. It is just soap. But they are clueless. Save your time & $$$

Ordered 7 items on 6/8/23, received confirmation email that order had processed and estimated delivery would be 6/14-6/21 which is a considerable amount of time. On 6/14, received an email advising me that my order was being worked on so obviously the estimated delivery date of 6/14 they gave me was preposterous. Again, on 6/14 received an email advising that my order had shipped, however, when I looked closely only 3 of the items had been shipped via of all companies Pitney Bowes. What retail company uses Pitney Bowes. I went online with a customer care assistant to ascertain when I should expect delivery of the 3 items and the whereabouts of the other 4 items. It seems that Bath and Body Customer Care wants to see how much they can frustrate customers. Believe it or not, I was asked to enter my last name and shipping address, ok and THEN asked to enter the names of the products I ordered. I told her she should be able to retrieve the info from her system since I'd given her the order #. What sent me over the edge was when she then asked which items I had already received. My response was in caps, I have NOT received any of the items and that's why I'm chatting with you. Her final response was totally incoherent and displayed a lack of comprehension and I believe a language deficiency. I thanked her and ended the chat. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BATH AND BODY AGAIN - A NIGHTMARE.

Do not order from them unless you want to wait 3 weeks for your order to ship. I placed my order a week ago. Email #1 confirmation of order Email #2 processing of order Email #3 estimated arrival time Email #4 estimated arrival time changed They clearly do not have my items in stock and are importing them from the US. Waiting 3 weeks for candles is ridiculous. I contacted them to cancel the order but of course they wouldn't.

Really bad company, tried to buy a gift card for my wife's birthday, they canceled my order for no reason, amature.

I’d give 0 stars for customer service if that was an option . Soap leaked all over my other items so I wanted them to make it right…20 min of online chat for me no where. 25 min with customer service on phone got me no where and then transferred and then transferred again where the last person HUNG UP ON ME. I wasted an hour of my time on this and nothing to show but a soggy box full of sticky hand soaps .

I ordered online during the buy 3 get 3 the website stated the items were in stock but I received a email stating the order was canceled because they weren't able to fulfill the order which is fine but you better believe they charged my card and I still haven't been refunded! It has been over a week and they refuse to assist me. The chat again Jennifer was no help at all she told me to wait 3 to 30 days!!! Not sure why they think it's ok to take money when they can't fulfill the order. The customer service is horrible they don't even listen and just reply with automated responses. I will not be ordering anymore.

I never thought this would come to this with Bath Body Works but today it did. I’m so disappointed in how their ordering on line is. I’m part of the VIP club and I spent over $100 for some products and fell to add one item to my order. I called and called and called and because the VIP gets to order first before the world the lines were tied up. I also tried to chat I was 100 and something in the queue. I FINALLY got someone. I wanted to either be able to add my one product or cancel the whole thing and start over and I couldn’t do neither. What’s the window to change your mind ? It should be longer than 1minute. We should be able to change or cancel our orders at least within 15 minutes.I don’t understand this,, My order is not filled that quick and is not shipped that quick. It takes the next day for me to pick up my order when I do a pick up in store and even then I’m waiting all day to get the email it’s ready for pickup. There’s time to change or cancel your order, BBW just don’t want to. They rather prep the order whenever they do, then have you return it all then try to resolve your ordering issue. Online states I could self cancel the order by chatting with them. Well that didn’t work, I was told I couldn’t. I could place a new order and pay for a new shipping fee… I just paid you guys over $100.00 for products and you can’t wave a one time shipping fee for your VIP? That sucks. I’m so disappointed. BBW needs to change that immediately.
