Out of 20 items ordered, only one was shipped! A $4 item and I was charged £7 for shipping. I’d have rather just have the whole order cancelled! To add insult to injury, most of my cancelled items were still in stock on the website! This is just infuriating and clearly demonstrates extremely bad stock management systems.

Ordered hand soap, body spray, body cream, bath gel. Order was received in three shipments. That's absurd. Beautiful Day body cream and gel have no floral fragrance. If anything,it smells faintly like bug spray. The scent has no resemblance to the original product. I've even found this to be the case with their candles. They have no email to report quality issues. They want you to get on the phone with some off-shore operator who has no stake in the company. I use to love the products from this company. Very sad.

They no longer will allow negative reviews The scents have all been watered down and recycled with new names to the point they are worthless. Customer service is totally useless- they have obviously farmed it out to some country with people who do not speak or understand english.they should do us all a service and just close their doors

I always shop at their annual sale every year and I like to catch the candles for $6 and this time I ordered 30 candles and I supposed to have three boxes shipped to me and only received two so I was short 10 candles which means a whole box got lost through shipping which is not my fault normally they will switch out with the same fragrance with different candles but the guy was so rude talking about they couldn't do it because the candles that I purchased was $6.37 and they went back on sale for almost $30 that's not my fault so he just refunded me my money I didn't want the money I wanted my candles he was rude and I'm very upset about this

Purchase in Seneca SC bath & body works. Upon my purchases which were 7 wallflowers, the employee put my purchase in a clear cellophane bag to leave with!! I asked for a usual bag with a handle, as I had other shopping to still do, this cellophane bag was cumbersome and hard to hold..her response was: “we are short on all size bags!!!!” This is Poor management in making sure the store has the proper stock from inventory to supplies for the customers to carry their purchases! Upon leaving the shopping center , I then saw another customer leave the store with a handled bag!!! Unreal, I felt compelled to write this review. Very dissatisfied with this store!!!!

I ordered 5 hand soaps from B&BW, but my shipment got "lost" - their carrier's words, not mine -- and was "undeliverable". I called B&BW to report the issue. Obviously B&BW outsources their customer service calls which makes the experience even more difficult b/c there is a language barrier on top of already being frustrated. All the rep did was read the notes the carrier put under my tracking#. (No kidding my package was lost -- that's why I called you... duh!) The rep said (in extremely broken English) that he couldn't help me and maybe my package would be found. He advised me to wait a few more days. I waited a week later and chatted with their online "person" named Ryan. Ryan said he would replace my order; however 4 of the 5 soaps had been discontinued (??). So here I am 2 weeks later still waiting for my order of now, one (1) hand soap. Because I used a gift card, I was supposed to be reimbursed - but I'm still waiting for the e-card, as well. I've never had issues in the store, but after this experience, the company will be lucky if I use them ever again. Thank goodness I used a gift card, and my own money wasn't really affected. Follow up: I received my 1 soap, and thought I would start the hour-long process of trying to receive my refund for the 4 I didn't receive. I chatted with on-line rep "Rowan" who told me the other 4 items had re-shipped even though I have an email advising they were canceled. I asked him for tracking and after waiting 10 minutes for him to respond, he said he couldn't help me and ended the chat. 2nd follow up: Got hold of someone on the phone at B&BW Customer Care who was lovely. She reimbursed my total amount - including the item I received (even though I insisted she didn't need to do that). I wish I had spoken to her first. I probably would have never posted a complaint. The moral of my story is to go into the brick-and-mortar store for B&BW supplies and to not use their on-line services again. Maybe I'll use my gift card(s) or maybe I'll give them away for someone else to deal with. Not sure yet....

If I could rate this “0” stars I would. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order to be delivered from the shipping confirmation email I received, I decided to check back and track my package. It showed that it was NEVER given to the carrier. So two weeks after it was supposedly shipped to me it still hadn’t been transferred over to the delivery carrier. I used the Chat feature to get assistance. The associate “Emma” tried saying that the package was returned undeliverable. Hah! A bold faced lie. I confronted Emma about the lie and said I wanted to talk to a supervisor. Emma then started sending me weird messages trying to sympathize with me, and would not help me. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and was met with weird messages saying that they have been in my situation. It was bizarre and I felt uncomfortable. Eventually they said I would have to call to speak to a supervisor. So I called the number provided. I waited almost 30 minutes and was then transferred to a CS rep who refused to send me to a supervisor. They eventually refunded my money. I will never be returning. They even gave me a gift card to use. I will not be using it. This place is dishonest and shade. BUYERS BEWARE.

I had an issue with an online order so I contacted BBW csr, the rep basically promised me something he couldn't honor and didn't even bother to put the notes in the system, so when I called back to get what he'd promised, I looked like a complete idiot trying to explain. I asked to speak to a supervisor Esther (the worst customer service experience in all of my years dealing with BBW) she said she couldn't honor what the csr promised and I asked her to forward the call to corporate. She then went on to say that my account was under review because I've been having too many issues and corporate would look into every single issue with a fine tooth comb and there are cameras.....wait, what? Cameras? I said are you accusing me of something? Completely accusatory and almost as if she tried to intimidate me into not reporting my issues. I told her that when I pay my hard earned money, I expect to get what I pay for EVERYTIME! and if there is an issue, I will report it EVERYTIME. I'm so disgusted and offended by her comments! I refuse to be treated like crap.
