they are the worst!!!!!!

I purchased 5 foaming hand soaps. I attempted to "pick up in the store" to save the $7 shipping charges. Out of 5 DIFFERENT stores, not one of them had even 1 bottle of these hand soaps to pick up. I really find this impossible to believe. There is no "pick up in store". This is not the first time that this has happened.

I've been shopping at Bath and Body for many years. Never had an issue with shipping and receiving an order until now. All of a sudden my shipping address isn't complete for Lasership to deliver (UPS and USPS had no issues). Bath and Body Customer Service is no help at all!!! They should call Lasership and confirm the address..not tell the customer to do it.

I made an order on dutch site on 21 july, it never arrived. The site doesnt work,is not possible to send email the closet store is closed. As per their instructions on ig page i have contacted the us customer service, the wrote something then left after few seconds,and if they leave the chat everything close and i cant read the reply. All of this for 3 times, i mean at least give me the time to read your reply. Very disappointed

Fed ex delivered an over $600 order to the wrong address and the company is refusing to replace the items, give a refund or even provide me a release so I can file a claim with Fed Ex. Horrible customer service and they have stolen over $600 from me.

They diddnt send me anything and I asked for a refund but they didnt return my money and they dont answer me I am very disappointed. I will ask for help by a lawyer.

I am from Greece, I have done an order at 25/07/2023. The shop of bath and body works has shut down without letting as know nothing! One more thing is that I don’t know if I will receive my order or if they will return my money! I hope they respond to me soon about my order! I am very disappointed from them it’s not a professor behaviour for their customers !

I ordered some products in December. The order never arrived tracking said it would be there by January 2. I waited 1 weeks messaged customer service for a refund/replacement…. Simple right? No 3 representatives and 2 hours later I finally got a refund. Today I’m trying to place an order the website will not work. I click place order and it takes me back to the cart I’ve messaged support 2 times both times they do not read my message where I clearly stated I’ve tried different cards different payment options and different devices. Then they say we can’t place an order for you wait 1 hour and try again I’ve been off and on trying 4 hours but they won’t help.
