I had bought a couple of body shimmer sprays when they were a big size when they were same size and ml as the big size body mists usually 236ml and I had bought for $16.50. I just reached my last bottle and the spray nozzle is defective can’t spray anything nor can you change the whole inner spraying nozzle with probably a used up one so I decided to take it to the store and have an exchange or someone in store replace my nozzle because it’s a brand new bottle. Now surprisingly they have completely reduced the shimmer size bottles they are 145ml in size and are even more expensive $18.95. They said that policy wise is exchange Same bottle for Same bottle but the bottle size is not the same as mine , my bottle was a huge size so that’s definitely stealing from the customer. When I bought it, it was a big size and it was cheaper so why then can’t they exchange same size bottle for a body mist of the same size bottle because since they don’t carry the bigsize of the shimmers that I purchased or credit $$ to my account and I can buy something else or replace my nozzle and I would be fine keeping my bottle. So they exchanged my big bottle for the small size they are carrying and they keep my big bottle so what’s going to happen when returned to the manufacturer.. they will reuse it and bottle it in the small bottles they are carrying so that’s 1 and a half bottles that they are now manufacturing total THEFT and ripping off customers. I Would recommend if you buy this body sprays and body mists don’t trust before you pay just spray around first make sure your nozzles are working properly first especially if you are the kind that’s buys multiple bottles like I do you may end up getting surprised. Next time they will reduce this bottles to 100ml and sell for $20

Ive ordered for years I buy the foaming hand soaps for gifts ,and for myself .Here lately I’ve noticed when you buy the soaps that are on sale they are not sealed on the top ,it’s like they are re- selling the sample bottles ,how do I know if they haven’t been opened and watered down .When I buy something it should be sealed not already opened .Yeah I will never order online again .If I buy anymore hand soaps It will be at the store directly so I can see what I’m buying — probably the reason they are sold for $3.95 .

Products are very good if not a little more expensive but if you have the app & you receive an email for your birthday that promises a gift-DO NOT TRUST THEM. I even called and worked with them on line to correct the problem, was told 3-7 working days & the gift points, item etc would be in my wallet good for 30 days. It's now been 2 weeks & still nothing.

Today in store I purchases 6 items with the buy 3 get 3 promo plus $10 off $30. However my receipt was a lot higher than it should have been. I understand that it’s the highest 3 items($18.95, $17.95 and $16.95). That comes to $53.85 plus tax is $58.01 with the $10 off coupon would be $48.01. However I was charged $66.91. I asked the girl several times how that even happens and she didn’t have an answer for me.

While I have purchased other things that were okay from Bath & Body Works, I recently purchased candles, having seen that in-store, they were advertised as "soy wax" candles. After noticing a slight headache and minor breathing discomfort, I decided to look into them online. I found that they were paraffin wax candles with several chemicals and stabilizers that harm health. You're in the wrong place if you want quality candles that don't destroy your lungs. The employees were helpful, but I would not have bought the candles had I known they were not soy wax.

Candles only smell good with your face in them. Don’t buy one. Waste of money. $30 for what?.. Dollar store ones work better. Only looks good. Can’t smell anything.

While I like their products, the packaging of products when shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Several items always come broken because they don't use proper packing material if any. Then they canceled some of the items I ordered even though they are in stock. I was then forced to buy them again but didn't get the same sale price and I had to pay shipping. The agent could order for me but since I didn't have an account and just pay through PayPal he wouldn't do it.

I’ve been purchasing from Bath And Body for years. My favorite scent is the Warm Vanilla Sugar but in the last few years the scent has been changed. I’m especially disappointed with the wallflowers. The warm vanilla sugar smells awful! The “formula” has been tweaked one too many times. I guess it’s time to find a new scent.
