My order never arrived, My replacement order never arrived. They insist on using the always pathetic Lasership. Customers have complained about Lasership for years yet here we are. to make matters worse they sent me a text to review the orders that never arrived. I have asked for my money back three times. my order was supposed to be here on the 8th, it's the 22nd. As of today they say it will be 30 days before I get my refund. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. Forget about it, Bath and Body Works is done

I brought back two candles and they refused to take one back because it was more than half burned. I didn't have a problem with that one until it was half burned. Didn't matter, very rigid interpretation, no go. Then I was told that since I didn't have a receipt for the candle I'd only get $6.32 off the full price, in other words I'd have to pay for the rest of it, another one of their new policies. Online I was told that all I needed was to provide my email address and that I would get the rewards item I had coming for free at the store. That turned out not to be true. Their products are superior, but the way they run the company sucks!

feel like i have been mugged. bought 2 x 3 wick candles. these are priced at £29 for one £39 for two. in the states they are a tenner!!!!!!

I am an advocate bath and body workers buyer and this shipment was horrible. All of the soaps were leaking and they were mailed in a trash bag. So spending more money and getting worse service. I am beginning to lose trust and interest in bath and body works. I also have pictures. My products came from Kentucky.

Ordered $200 in candles, and received an email for the delivery day. Tracked my package from Lasership, and on the day it's to be delivered I get an update that they (Laseship) damaged my package and to contact Bath and Body Works as they are shipping the items back. Contact Bath and Body Works via chat, and Nancy says they can't do anything for the next 12 days, and to file a complaint then. This is the 3rd time I've had a problem with Bath and Body when getting deliveries through Lasership!!! Why am I paying for shipping that doesn't ship?!

I had 2 rewards to use. I had some errands to run and I was planning to stop by BBW but I did not have time. There were some online only items I wanted so I decided to add the rewards items to my online order. When I went to check out, the rewards were gone. It turns out they expire at midnight EST (I am in CA). I love how the sales are good until midnight pacific time but the rewards expire early. What a racket. This was the final straw for me. I have lost a lot of money at BBW. There was the time I got overcharged because the system charged full price (instead of the buy 3 get 2 free). Almost every online order has arrived with broken items. The warehouse team just throws everyrhing loose into a box. I am the one who has to take the time to return the items and get my money back. I have lost so much money and it is not because of the stuff I have bought but the money I have lost because of BBW incompetence. I am done.

Every time I call there’s always something! Most of the customer service agents are rude and not professional and that’s including the supervisors! In the US and over seas agents! People giving me different info!
