Very Disappointed!! The amount of money they charge for their candles just to have the wick stop working before the candle is done is ridiculous. What’s worse is I brought them back to the store and they refuse to replace it. Now I will refuse to buy candles from them ever again. I will not give my hard earned money to a company that does not honor my service!! Please get it together!!

My experience working as a remote independent contractor for Bath and Body Works was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm giving this a one-star rating because there were multiple issues that made my time there a complete and utter disappointment. Firstly, the training materials provided were outrageously outdated. It felt like they were stuck in the dark ages of e-commerce. The training was ineffective, making it impossible to excel in the role. The lack of investment in up-to-date resources was a glaring issue. The work environment during training and on the job was shockingly hostile. Tier 2 workers were condescending and belittling towards new employees, including myself. It's demoralizing to be treated with such disrespect after being on the job for less than a day. This type of behavior was not only allowed but also perpetuated by the company, creating a toxic work culture. False promises were abundant. We were assured there would be plenty of available shifts and that the pay would be decent. These promises were not upheld. The available shifts were scarce, and the compensation was far from competitive for the work expected of us. It was a blatant misrepresentation. One of the most appalling aspects of the job was dealing with a Tier 2 independent contractor, Donna, who took it upon herself to belittle every new person she could. It was clear that the company knew about her behavior, but they did nothing substantial to rectify the situation. Her punishment was nothing more than a suspension, despite numerous agents leaving due to her actions. Furthermore, we were never able to use our work software in its entirety throughout my time as a contractor. The company's refusal to assist us in resolving these issues was infuriating. We were simply told to find a workaround, which should not be the case when you're supposed to be providing support to independent contractors. To top it all off, we were paid late on several occasions, and no explanation was ever provided. This blatant disregard for timely compensation is inexcusable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. In summary, my time as a remote independent contractor for Bath and Body Works was marred by outdated training, a hostile work environment, false promises, unaddressed employee misconduct, software issues, and late payments. I would strongly caution anyone considering a similar position with this company to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a horrendous experience. This one-star rating reflects the numerous issues that were never adequately resolved.

BATH AND BODYWORKS IS TRASH

My co-workers and I received the worst customer service at Bath and Body in Forsan Central Mall in Khalifa City. My colleagues and I purchased Fine Fragrance Mist, and we preferred to pay with TABBY. We've been utilising TABBY as our payment method ever since, but on that particular day, there was no internet connection to show up for the TABBY Card. As a result, we provided the mobile number that was registered in our TABBY as an option. Mr. Mohan, one of the two salespeople (male and female), informed us that TABBY could not be used without a card. So, we stated that we used to pay with TABBY using a mobile number rather than a credit card. Then he was explaining, and we explained our experience as well by using TABBY. In his explanation, he told us that we don't have common sense. We experienced discrimination and had an extremely awful or worst salesperson ever since we work in the same mall, yet we are still consumers. Both of your salespeople on that shift are impolite to us. We entered the store as customers and intend to purchase things. Please look into this matter. Thank you.

I would give this store a zero if I could. My young daughter and I were out shopping and she asked if she could have a body wash and a face wash, £33 for the 2 is absolutely scandalous. You can buy better anywhere for a quarter of the price . Absolute rip off shop,

Their new return policy stinks, got a candle as a gift that I can't use the scent because the smell without even burning it gave me a headache. I didn't have a receipt because it was a gift I told the salesperson 3 times it was a gift...I finally just left and ended up throwing it in the trash in front of their store.. Also their body creams are not as thick as they have been in the past but the price increased.

I ordered wallflowers twice in the last few months. Both times there was no paper/bubble wrap to hold the items in place in the box. There was only a piece of flat plastic in the bottom and top of the box. The first time I thought it was a mistake, but it happened again. The 15 wallflowers were placed in a 10.5 x 9.5 x 5 box with nothing to hold it. Again I had to call CS to replace damaged items and had to clean up the leakage on the other wallflowers. What is going on in the shipping department?

Ill never place an online order from Bath and body again. I ordered 12 items I got one he said they will come from multiple packages I tracked one it said was not even able to be found this is totally ridiculous I order them on the 12th and this is 25 September and I have yet to receive them. This is the second time that we’ve had trouble with them I’m just gonna put a stop payment at the bank
