Online ordering is atrocious even when it isn't candle day. The website is terrible and takes forever to load. Today I've been trying to access my cart (not shop, mind you, I preloaded my cart). I've been trying for the past 2 hours. The system glitches and only shows a blank page when my "turn" comes. Don't you have an IT department that could set this checkout page up differently? I never have this much trouble on other websites. It's ridiculous.

A simple order of 6 items took 44.5 minutes with a female unable to speak English. Everytime I say "what did you say" she would mute phone then come back to repeat herself. Near the end she was saying I'll have to place order on my own because she couldn't see credit card. I had verification from them both, online plus an email. At the end it was so painful I exclaimed I'll buy something else as a gift!

So disappointed with the new Palo Santo and Sage candle 🤬🤬🤬 absolutely THROW!! you have to be right on it to get any scent.

Only 1 star because I cannot do less. Had a problem placing an order after almost 2 hours customer service finally answered the call. She would not listen to me just said the same thing over and over again. Put me on hold numerous times. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor or manager. She would place me on hold and repeat exactly what she previously told me. Never placed the order no solution. Never deal with this company again.

I have ordered online with promo purchase of Get 1 Free 1. However, after billing, invoice does not showed of the promotion. The products that I have received is totally without the promotion. Proceed with email clarification, however no reply.calling the hotline also forever engaged!

I would have given a 0 star! Was just at teh branch in Dubuque, Kennedy Mall. "Mak", the customer service rep at the cashier was a pure example of RUDENESS in the full sense of the word!! She talked to her colleague while i asked questions. Refused to go back and sign me up to notifications. My last time to go there. I shopped at B&BWs for years during my 7+ years residence in Bahrain. NEVER have I ever come across customer service person like that rude Mak. Just awful. Should not be representing the store.

PLEASE READ ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS!!!!! I bought Wall Flowers from Bath and Body Works not knowing they are VERY TOXIC to pets. I ended up losing 2 cats and the almost 3 the 3rd one now has a feeding tube and I have an $800 Vet bill all because of a $3 Wall Flowers. Also every time I ordered they didn't send everything or something was broken. This company is a joke and I will NEVER have it in my house again.

HORRIBLE! Now they are Based Elsewhere and All u will get is Lies and the Runaround! Not Worth the Money or Trouble!!
