First Saturday in December, for the last how many every years, I have always stood in line to get candles. This year I had to work. However, I was able to order candles online the day before the sale. Great opportunity, right? Well, that’s what I thought until today (12/11) when I finally get an email stating that my items have been shipped and that was only after the sent an email 10 minutes before that they canceled half of my order. And now, if I want this candles, I have to go in the store and pay $24 for each candle instead of $9.95. The convenience was not worth it and was a total scam. Never again will this company get my money for candles.

I tried on line to but a 3 wick candle thats on sale for $16.95 with my $16.95 worth of rewards. It wouldnt let me. I called the Liberty store and was told I could not use my reward for the candle as it was on sale. Hmmm? What is the difference? Its still $16.95 any way you slice it. If I bought it outright its $16.95,so why in the world cant I use the $16.95 reward that I EARNED for the same candle? It doesnt make sense. It seems I have to pick a single item valued at $16.95 or less. I could get soap,but would lose half of my reward. Theres nothing I can get for $16.95 thats useful to me. I just wanted a nice Christmas candle. Ill find some sort of crap for $16.96 thats not on sale- if possible and then Ill NEVER spend another nickel in your stupid rule store. What a rip-off. Tis the season to screw people over.Merry Christmas

This was an awful experience, from customer service who speak hard to understand Englisg to the AWFUL shipping company who never shipped my order, saying there was weather delays when it rained here to them destroying my whole candle order. I'm still waiting on a replacement order but it has never came. I'm done with bath and body switching to yankee candle

I ordered 15 candles on Candle Day I only received 2/15 candles. I contacted customer service and they said I would receive a reshipment of what I was missing. When I checked my email the following day, I was only receiving 10/13 candles I was missing. I did not receive any information regarding a refund for my missing items. I had to call customer service. What an extremely crooked business. I am beyond livid. I'll get all of their candles from ebay moving forward. Disgusted.

I would give 0 star if there is an option. Do not buy online from this company. They don't give sh** about their customer, just taking order as much as they could. After 7 days placing order, no news from them. Can't contact because phone number listed in website and order confirmation is INCORRECT. Unanswered email. I have to go to shop front to get the number. Customer service was really unhelpful. Not refunding my purchase when I already repurchased it from front shop due to thinking it's scammed purchase. Worst online experience!!!!!

I placed an online order for multiple items for pickup at the store. One of my items was cancelled by the store because they didn't have the item at the time my order was processed, but it was available in the store at the time I placed the order. I was still charged the original amount of the order on my card and not the amount less the cancelled item. I contacted Bath & Body Works online through the chat. It was researched and I was advised that I would receive an email in 24 hours of my refund of $21.40. I didn't receive the email confirmation of my refund. I waited a couple of days and checked my bank account. No refund. I contacted Bath & Body works again. I was advised that I have been refunded and to check with my bank. Still no refund nor a confirmation of the refund. I would advise not to order online. I discussed the missing item at check out with the store when picking up my items and they confirmed that an item was cancelled, but I was still charged the original amount. Poor customer service in the store and do NOT order online or you will be charged the original order amount if an item is cancelled.

My experience with Bath And Body Works this time was horrible. I’m not able to order any of my candles. If you’re having a big sale, you should have the amount that you’re gonna have a large amount if I order other candles, and I want to return them for the normal candles that I wanted in the first place, I can’t do that I’m gonna have to pay for order or price, I’m very unhappy with Bath And Body Works. I think you guys suck.

If I could give .5 star rating I would for their customer service. Everytime I go in the store to purchase the app does not work. And the clerks ALWAYS TRY TO help but end up telling ne to call their customer service. I sigh everytime. It really would help if when I call in select US I get someone that speaks clear English. I'm all for anyone working but I called several times about same issues with their app and no success or resolution. I'm told 1 thing and nothing happens after 48 72 hrs B&B folks spend WAY TO MUCH MONEY at your stores for you not too have better customer service These issues should not linger on and on. Please bring on some individuals that clearly speak English and if person request to speak with them it should be allowed.
