Wish this could be zero stars. Ordered on Jan 4th. Now it’s Jan 24th. Never shipped order. Several calls to customer service. Was hung up on after 45 plus minutes into each call. Reps out of India are completely useless. Emailed president of the company, Julie Rosen, twice - no response. Will never, ever step foot in another store or purchase a single product. I will warn everyone about this horrible company.

I had ordered a number of products during the semi annual sale which had never gotten delivered to me. I received and email that my account would be refunded. They had originally only refunded me for the product and not the shipping that should have been refunded since the items never even got to me in the first place. I am understanding of mistakes happening and they did resolve that issue which was fine. However, the next issue I was trying to get resolved with Sylvia in their customer service department was how they were going to accommodate shipping a new order to me with the original scents and sales pricing I had gotten when I originally ordered. I was told some of the product was not in stock anymore, which I could have found something else but that didn't count for the sales price I would not be getting. Syliva offered a 20% coupon for my next purchase which I said I can appreciate however if I ordered exactly the same amount of items it would not even come close to what I had spent the first time with the 20% off. She insisted there was nothing else she could do for me. When I asked for this to be escalated to someone who could further assist me her response was simply I could not be helped further and they ended the chat immediately. This is probably the WORST "customer service" I have had to deal with in quite a while. Very disappointed!

Horrible customer service. Very deceiving and unwilling to compensate for very big inconveniences. They lied about my shipping didn’t care my original package was lost and when reordering they only had two of the products I originally ordered. They were willing to let me pick items that cost less than my original ones but when asked if I could pick one that was a dollar more they freaked out. . Promised over night shipping didn’t get it. This customer service is horrible and they lie and that isn’t right!

I went into the store & got some product for Christmas gifts dec 13 2023 They charged my account twice and wanted to charge it a 3rd time I said no and pulled up my internet banking to show them I already paid for it twice. They informed me that there was nothing they could do at the store that I would have to call bath and body work’s customer service which I did they made a ticket number for me after 3 days of me calling them and talking to 3 different people they where giving me a run around!! I call back a week later to find out they canceled the ticket number and they told me how sorry they where and that I would get a coupon in my email (never got the coupon) they also said i would have to call my bank in order to get my money back as it was a hard transaction. This was 173.34 dollar order! It is now jan 20 2023 and I still haven’t received my money back. Very unprofessional I love bath and works products but at this point I’ll never shop there again!!

I tried to place an on line order with this company, but kept running into one problem after another. Some items I put on the order were not available and then when the order was completed it was being shipped to a store instead of my home as requested. I called the customer service and finally got to talk to a real person after several minutes. There was a lot of background noise and the person was hard to understand. Finally the only way to solve the problem was to cancel the order. Never again will I order from this company.

Placed an order online Jan 1st. Received an email items had shipped but one of the items was removed. Contacted customer service, they said they'd ship the item but it would be 3-5 business days. Received 1st box today and my perfume does not have a lid, the conditioner leaked and I'm missing ANOTHER item! No packing slip, no receipt, nothing to show they even checked the order. Customer service said they'd ship another but it would be 8-10 days for arrival then abruptly ended the chat without addressing the other concerns. I'm pissed! I paid $6.99 for shipping and it's a compete mess. So I called. The customer service agent I talked to was nice enough, apologized and sent me a coupon. Sorry, the coupon doesn't help when I don't plan on ordering from your website ever again. Get it together Bath & Body Works! This is absolutely ridiculous.

I received an email regarding a coupon for a free item up to 26.95 with any purchase. I tried to place an online order, but the coupon code would not work. I spoke with at least five customer service agents. None of them were able to help me with the coupon code. I even tried to use the coupon in-store, but it still did not work.

Worst ordering online experience ever! My order was placed on December 3rd, mostly Christmas gifts. Still didn’t receive my package on December 23rd I was given the run around then it was told to me that they apologized for delay that it would not be here for Christmas to expect it to be here in 3-7 business days after… November 9th I finally “ receive my package “ literally floating in my drive way. Half of the stuff I ordered was not even in the package . Never again will I order from Bath & Body works!
