Terrible website! Works perfectly fine until checkout. And then it freezes. So the order can’t be placed. Thought it was just one time but nope, it happens every time. Tried it multiple times over the last few months. They lose business because I don’t end up stocking up as much and now only buy when I so happen to be by a store and they have the same good deals. I end up buying from other businesses with websites that actually function the way it’s supposed to, as I prefer shopping online. Such a disappointment and a waste of time filling up my basket.

I will stop buying here, I purchase an order on line I called the store asking when was the latest es I can pick it up, she told me you you have till 12/16 so I went to get the items and they were returned because they were not picked it on time. I spoke with the manager and she said oh yes I spoke to you over the phone. Unfortunately the items are back in stock. I asked for my money because it didn’t show a refund on my account.. they told me it will take up to 7 days. Ok seven days past by then I call the 1-800 number and the guy who answer the call said that it will take up to 3 months form me to get my money. At that moment u got really upset of why they are taking so long. He didn’t even know what to tell me. We are in March 2nd. I called and now they are telling me that they need more proof in order to get my money. At this time I just told her you know what just keep the money and I hang up. And it’s not $10 or $40 But apparently they needed it more. Bath and body works was one of my favorite place to buy but now it’s one of the worst. I will never buy here again not even with a gift card. They like to steal from customers.

I checked on the status of a mail order refund which my tracking number shows was delivered back to Bath & Body Works 3 weeks ago. I reached out via chat and the representative had no idea what I was asking. They kept telling me that my order was delivered, they didn't know I was inquiring about my refund. That chat representative disconnected from me. Then I tried to call the 800 customer service number. That representative told me, they don't accept mail order returns and all returns have to be made in the store - which is not true. Their web site gives instructions on how to return via mail. I asked to be transferred to someone else and was disconnected AGAiN. I tried the chat feature one more time and AGAIN the representative kept telling me my order was delivered. I kept telling all of the Representatives I have the USPS tracking number that said my returns were delivered back to them with the date and time, yet no one could help me. I will never order from them again.

I have tried multiple times to place an order and ran into problems because apparently the system can understand why your cell phone number would be in a different province than where you live. When I contacted them they suggested I sign up as a member. The system would not allow me to do that either. Nobody offered to help me submit the order on the phone on their end. I love the products but their customer service needs a lot of work!

I submitted an order online for bath and body works via PayPal pay in 4, but after I clicked the button to approve the order,I received a message from PayPal saying that I had approved a payment to bath and body works in the full amount! I realized that this was a mistake and I quickly tried to cancel the order within a few minutes and it wouldn't let me! I tried to cancel it though the online assistant and it wouldn't work,so I called customer service and they were closed,so I tried back at 6:00 am,and was told by a representative that it was too late to cancel my order even though it was still pending and hadn't been processed? Saying wait until I receive the order 10 days later and then take it to the nearest store which is in another town for a refund! I feel like this is a scam and this will be a big inconvenience for me to have to travel to another town for a refund when I should have been able to get it done online, especially when I tried to cancel my order immediately after I saw the mistake that was made! Then on top of that they're sending some of the stuff to a store in another town for me to go and pick up? Without my consent, that's another reason why I tried to cancel the order! Bath and body works are scammers, giving customers only a few seconds to cancel a order, not a few minutes like most legit online stores,but a mere few seconds! Even when PayPal called them with me on the phone,they still claimed to have no power to stop it! I'm done with them! I'm reporting them to the attorney general office and giving them a bad review on Google and social media!

The Apparent Sale has many catches. 1) I use the Bath and Body outlet in Avenue Mall in Muscat. In Oct/Nov 23 sale, they had something like take 7 and pay for 3. First, they told that all items are on that offer. So, after calculating carefully to make the best use of the offer and went to the counter, they are saying this is not in sale and that is not in sale. Secondly, after changing those items and going back to the counter, they are putting one item in the computer and saying a different price than what shows on the item.............Ultimately, felt cheated. 2. In the same outlet, during the sale in Dec/Jan 24, in some baskets saying a particular rate, many other items of various prices were there. People could easily look at the Price 1.5 OMR and take an item and pay 5 OMR if not careful. Again, it was very frustrating to know which costs how much. I think they have to be more organised and need more staff to manage sales crowd. If not, it looks like they are taking advantage of the crowd that goes during the Sale.

DON’T EVER ORDER ONLINE!! It’s been over 15 days and haven’t received my orders yet. Called them many times, & they kept on saying that is delayed but they still the same reason after a week!! Told me it was expedited but nothing still! Worse customer service, they didn’t know what’s happening w/ orders!! NEVER AGAIN!

The worst delivery service for an international brand. I have ordered online thrice and none of my shipments have reached. The excuse is that their delivery partner is unable to complete the process! Why use them then? This is happened after repeatedly reaching out to customer service. And being assured of delivery.
