I personally love bath and body works. I love their scents and the designs for each scent. I got bath and body work's perfume from my friend and I love the design on the perfume I got it casted a beautiful design on my table. I have never had a problem with bath and body works. All my perfumes are from bath and body works and I always have the hardest time choosing which one I should use today. I wish I could summit a picture of the cast.

We went to Yorkdale Location. Ms. Arshpreet help us to find the best fragrances. She is so polite, kind and helped us a-lot. We bought all the best collections by Bath & Body. She is really so sweet. Thanks Arshpreet for helping us.

The staff is amazing at the Seven Oaks mall location. I really like the lotions and different products they sell. I really like the Emily in Paris lipsticks and hope that they continue selling these items and hopefully in more colors.

Had a problem with my order, 30 of the foaming hand soap, there were exceptions in the shipping, meaning that the packaged leaked a was delayed. While I do not blame them, the carrier probably handled the box roughly, they were still more than willing to help out. I contacted Bath and Body works and they resent the product that was available and refunded for the ones out of stock. They were easy to deal with without any nonsense. I have bought in the past and will continue to deal with this company.
