Bath & Body WorksReviews of bathandbodyworks.com

I ordered the Strawberry Pound Cake perfume on Nov 1st. The estimated delivery was supposed to be Nov 5-12th but it never came in until I called them on the 18th. So they reshipped my order with no charge. I was scared that I was never going to get my package after looking at these reviews. But thankfully I got it today on the 20th! I’m so happy and satisfied even if it came in late. 2020 has been through a lot, be patient for those in hope of their package or call them right away!

So how many women went into their store and it says but 3 get 3 free ? Well I did and nothing is free ,they take 50% off the 3 other items so nothing is free,to me this is false advertising...I love there products but there is a catch to their free items ...pay attention ladies nothing was free

I visited your store in Boynton Beach. Which had a sale, buy two get one free. Buy three, get three free. I bought a total of eight items. After reviewing my receipt I discovered that the transaction was not as advertised. In short, I received a 30%discount on applicable items. I feel like it was falsely advertised.

Below, I was upset with Bath and Bodywork. They had corrected the error and sent me a refund. The Bath & Body Work Online Store is the worst. Delivered to me in a flimsy box were a number of busted up bottles of hand soap. I had the box of product returned and three weeks later after the box had been returned and received, I have not received any refund. I am so upset with Bath & Body Works, I think my shopping days with them are over. Online Buyer, please trust me and do not purchase online. Terrible customer service--they are like robots "Sorry for this, we will look into it." "So sorry, we see you should have a refund, but something went wrong with out system." "Oh, my goodness, this has been a mess for you, we are so sorry, your refund will be credited back into your account." They are the worst online store and I can tell you they will not last.

Bath and Body Works used to be my favorite place but here lately the deals have not been good. The coronvirus didn't hurt sales the deals just aren't good

I love this store, they usually package everything nicely except recently I purchased the porcelain soap holder and the cashier did not wrap it at all she put it in the bag and threw other items on top of it, causing it to chip in multiple sides. It’s sad to spend so much money on a damaged product but also lack of effort in cashiers part to at least wrap the porcelain product so that it does not get damaged or maybe put it in a separate bag. Not sure if lack of effort it due to corona since the store was not even busy. Store # 82349

My daughter gave me Sleep Lavender cedar wood massage oil and I love it, but the bottle is glass not plastic and 2 days later broke and oil spread all over my bathroom floor. I was very upset about it. Please, don’t use glass bottles anymore. I will never buy if is glass.

I shop at Bath & Body Works several times a year for new fragrances, air fresheners, hand soap, etc. I have enjoyed getting the promo bags with new products whenever they are offered. The promo bag has always been of such good, durable material in fun colors. For Mother’s Day 2020, the bag appeared absolutely adorable, navy blue with large peony flowers. But upon receiving it I was greatly disappointed... very cheap looking & absolutely not durable at all. Much different than all past promo bags that have been sold. The material is of poor quality that can rip easily if anything heavy is placed in it. I would not have bought it if I knew of the cheap quality; I was expecting the same good & durable quality as all previous promo bags. This is a huge disappointment & I’ll think twice before purchasing BBW next offer of a promo bag with new products.
