My last two online purchases have arrived with leaking bottles of soap. Today’s replacement bottle arrived and it also was leaking. Each time I called customer service, I complained that they are shipping bottles without the plastic wrap and the caps are loosening and soap is spilling out. I’ve asked them to ship me bottles with the wrap but it falls upon deaf ears.

What used to be one of my favorite places to shop has been ruined by a terrible online customer experience. My order was lost in the mail and I wasted over an hour trying to get it filled again at the original price paid, via online chat with agents "Romeo" and "Sara". These agents give you the runaround and simply kick you out of the chat so you don't have a chance to rate them. What kind of ridiculous customer service cuts did B&BW management make? I will never buy from them again.

Received order, leaked product(s), missing labels, looks like my wallflowers, 18 of them!! were just tossed into the box without proper packing to surround them. This is the second time this has happened. When I complained last time to customer service, I NEVER received an apology, no answer!!!

This experience started in July during their semi-annual sale. I try to buy during sales because this product can be very expensive especially when compared to Glade. It's a much better quality product but I have a large home and use 6-7 wallflower at a time and have for many years. My problem started with my purchases at the sale. None of their normal scents were on sale. They had produced new inferior cheaper smelling scents for the sale. Many of which I took back because they were so bad I couldn't stand them. I then tried to complain but it's impossible to do so unless you speak directly to a customer care representative. Who I finally reached only to not be able to understand because her accent was so thick. And I'm around people daily with accents so I'm practiced at understanding those with English as a second language. They are currently offering a 25% off sale but there were about 5 of the new scents mentioned above and they had increased the regular price from 7.50 to $8 each. Also I couldn't find a nightlight plug in with scent control. I have a hard time figuring out the problem with having scent control on all of your plug ins when Glade does so automatically. I feel it's a marketing tool for a reason to charge more for what should be a standard feature. I really do love the old classic scents and would hate to discontinue using them but I feel they are pricing themselves out of the market. I get the feeling this company is under new management because it is greatly changed over the last year or so.

The wallflower plug-in diffusers begin to leak after about 6 months. I just tossed three that I had for a while, replacing with two identical new ones. Now the new ones drip sticky gooey substance on to the floor and carpet. I do not think it is worth buying any more diffusers even though I still have unused refill scent bottles.

I've always loved bath & body works There are so many scents to choose from. I've purchased lotions, body sprays galore, soaps, plug in oil scents, candles as well as hand sanitizers. My favorite is definitely the foaming hand soaps. That being said I love that they started selling a decorative holder that fit the various hand soaps. I was thrilled, even though they weren't on sale & were kinda costly I splurged. It looked amazing on my bathroom counters; that is until I noticed inside they were rusting..A LOT ..the rust even got on the soap bottle and then eventually preceded to get to my bathroom counter. I was very unhappy. I brought these back & said why would they make this out of a metal that could rust, because it's obviously being exposed to water constantly. Why not use stainless steel or plastic inside or something?? Maybe at least near the bottom? This started out YEARS ago...so recently this May 2024 I decided to give them another try noticing these sparkly blingy silver design which matched my 1 bathroom perfectly. I asked the girl working at BB&W have they changed the design, ect told her abt the rusting. She kindly replied, we're always working to improve our products; so I decided to try this again. Well sad to say , the same dilemma & I can't imagine that I'm alone. Please can someone tell the higher ups about this...its really unacceptable. Of course I tried to reach the corporate but no luck. They won't connect me, so they give me a store credit to go buy more of their products. I am still unsatisfied because ALL I want is a pretty soap dispenser not rusting all over the place. The scents of the perfumes are horrible. There either fruity or smell like candy. They never have the fragrances they show on line. Today I went to buy a fragrance I saw on their website it is a pink bottle and it was labeled musk. When I ask the girl about it she said no. When I got home I checked the website and it said they had it. So I called them to ask the girl said she never heard of it.... Weird

I had a defective candle I bought in the store took it back and it was a hassle to just exchange it for one , plus you get all different answers about a return from the employees that work there, and some of I’m assuming seasonal help is rude and act like doing a return is costing them money because they are rude .
