Why is it taking my order so long to prep and ship? My card was charged and no products have been released, just an order number. The delivery date is still a week away - until it’s changed.

Bath and body work $30 on sale detergent and scent booster. I was so excited and then so disappointed. Downy and gain win. There was NO scent with bath and body works detergent! Don’t waste your money.

Made an order from the app yesterday Morning and when I got my email conf of the order the pricing of 2 items was not what I expected. Customer service rep told me the only option was to cancel that order and she would reput the order in for me over the phone. So after 40min of being on the phone to get the second order correct she told me it would take 24hr then I would get a confirmation email on the cancelation for the first order. Today I still did not have a confirmation email so I called cust service again and was told the cancelation for the fist order never went through and the first order was already being filled so he couldn't cancel it. I have to wait for it to be delivered then find time to take it to the BBW store near me and turn it in so they can start processing a refund. This is a great inconvenience due to my lifestyle which is why I order online to begin with. And an even greater inconvenience because now I'm waiting weeks before getting my 127$ refund from first order. I am out over 200$ this weekend that I was not wanting to spend. The customer service rep apologized and is sending me a 20$ gift card. In all honesty I feel like a 20$ card for this great inconvenience that I would not have known about if I had not called back on today, is far too little of compensation seeing as how you could get maybe one regular sized item form BBW for 20$. Very unpleasant experience after being so excited for the annual summer sale.

I have ordered wallflower refills online multiple times and every time it takes SO long to get my order! Like 3-4 weeks and customer service doesn't do much to help. Its too bad, I like the products but purchasing online is so unreliable that its not worth it. Brick and mortar stores are really the only reliable way to get their product.

While shopping, I asked where the restroom was and was informed by an associate that their restroom isn’t for public usage and actually referred me to use Targets next door. Pretty sure it’s law when you have a retail establishment to have a restroom available. I saw the restroom behind the door by the counter with signage and all. Pretty rude. You can spend your money here but can’t use the bathroom. Corpus Christi location next to target

I also had a horrible online experience today. Their system is so screwed up and customer service may as well close up shop because they are useless. Amazon has all of the item in my bag of which I am receiving two of the same order because of a glitch in their system and they won't cancel one or both of the orders. 20 minutes after I confirmed ONE order. You may drive to the store to return when they come (in 2 weeks...) yeah, that's what I want to do on my day off. Spend 2 hours driving to bbw to return an order I immediately tried to correct. Pissed. Amazon. 2 days. Any mistakes or issues. Push a button. Resolved. Done. Bye bye Bath and Body Works.

I am very unhappy that you have changed your formula for your Bodywash. It used to have VitaminE in it, now it has VitaminB5. This leaves my skin feeling sticky and not clean. I will no longer be purchasing your Bodywash products and am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer since the 90s : (
