im not sure why, but you've almost doubled the price for the body care and it has barely any fragrance. its very poor quality compared to what it used to be. I'm not impressed with all the new scents either. Im an adult female and i dont want to smell like fruit, candy, or cake. Bring the old scents back because the new selections are not worth a dime.

I've ordered online before and they throw it in a box. As well as a week ago in store purchase bought wall scents they must be cutting back in fragrance and not the price . very disappointing

Never received my online order. This has happened multiple times over the years to the point I stopped shopping with them. Well, I decided to try again. I made 2 orders- the first came fine. The second never arrived. The tracking said the carrier was waiting on the package- over a week ago. I was supposed to have received it 5 days ago- yet it hasn’t even arrived at the shipping company. So, I called. First customer service I spoke with was nice enough, said one of the scents I ordered was great, and that she would expedite a new shipment to me. Then…oops, 3 items are out of stock now. This isn’t shocking to me bc this used to happen a lot. Luckily, they were items I didn’t really need. So I said okay, just send out the other items. Great. Get an email a minute later that 2 more of my items were out of stock- one was a cosmetic bag that were going to be gifts. Apparently, between the gang up from customer service to 3 minutes, that item sold out?! Not likely. Anyways, I called back to just cancel everything bc those were the main things I needed. Second customer service rep wasn’t very nice, kept talking over me, and said I’m not the only one this happens to lol I wouldn’t advertise that. I told her I received a confirmation email from my original order that my items were in stock and ready to ship. But now, half my order is gone? And they have no clue where my original order went?! Smh I would have thought they would’ve fixed this over the past few years. Wishful thinking. Guess I’ll stop shopping there yet again.

Last 2 times i order canada online, my order doesnt even get shipped for over a week. Recent order from June 5th said it would be arrived 11th june, it is now 12th and it hasnt shipped. Ridiculously slow shipping, why does it take over 7-10 days just to process it? I called and they have no answers. My card was billed on 5th!!

Why do you not offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount? Everyone does. I stopped buying from bath and body works because it's an insult to charge for shipping when I spend at least $1000 a year. Disappointed

Their site is horrific. Takes forever to add things and remove them from the cart. Site keeps jamming. Just now, they blocked me from accessing the site and message from cloudflare popped up saying that I have been banned. Their products are not worth the hassle of placing the order. I have been buying from them for years,but the last few years have been horrible.

Ordered the items from online and delivery date has passed more than 1 week. Still no response. Please dont order from Online and worst customer service they dont have facility to track the order. Whats the use of online delivery systems when you cant track it.

I ordered items five days ago. They took money from my account but have yet to ship anything. When I try to get an answer, I'm only told, "Yay...your product is getting ready to ship." But then no shipment, no nothing. Can't even cancel the order because, "Yay...your product is getting ready to ship." BBW is a s#&t company now and I am never giving them another dime. And they don't even deserve one star. Garbage company...period! UPDATE: Literally 45 minutes after I emailed BBW corporate, I got an email saying, "Your order has shipped!" Unbelievable!
