Not only have I found their wallflower fragrances to not be as "scented" as they were before but I REFUSE to pay shipping charges when zillions of things on other websites ship for free. You lost a great customer!

I purchased 2 shower gels and a tube of body scrub. The packaging was not sufficient (a bit of plastic and bubble wrap) but not sufficient enough! Parcel arrived and when I opened it, one of the bottles had leaked inside the "protective" bubble wrap over all the products. Very expensive product so very dissapointed in this damaged purchase. I had bought as gift so cleaned it as best I could gave to recipient. Packaging needs to be improved!!!!

Customer service was horrendous. I explained that I could not use the rewards code that was sent to my gmail this morning, I wanted it credited to my order. The live customer service, Lilly, told me I can apply it to the next order. I told her I don't need any more stuff for a while, I bought what I needed. She hung up on me - SOL, sounds like your problem not mine... So, they feed you reward codes that are not valid, trick you into buying things, and then leave you hanging. I will shop elsewhere next time.

I never signed up to their mailing list (they don't even operate in my country), but they will not stop emailing no matter how many times I unsubscribe - and they use different email addresses so they can't be blocked as senders. They're essentially harassing me, and are uncontactable by email or social media. Please don't buy from this disreputable company.

I give them one star because there was no lower. The short version is, they owe me a $109.44 refund on an order and still haven't sent it. This was promised me by an associate on the original order. Dealing with their so-called associates, when you finally get one, is impossible. They're useless and know nothing. Eventually they just drop the chat.

I tried to place an online order to pick up at the galleria in Dallas Texas & the website sent the order to the galleria in buffalo New York! I even put in my zip code & it sent it to the wrong address anyway! The website is bogus! Stay away from bath & bodywork’s.

BBW is nothing but expensive, China made synthetic wax and fragrance. Nothing pleasing about the product. This stuff is made for pennies, yet they charge close to Macy’s prices. Buy from Amazon instead of this expensive crap. Candles will stink out the house with tiny burn times and lotions wear off in ten minutes. Smells great, while on display but once you reach home the product is nearly worthless.

The Traditional located in PSL has rude Cashiers/Employees I will never shop with BBW again.
