Shopping online is always unavailable when choosing to pick up in store This is not the 1st time this has happened the app kind of sucks for me.

“I had a terrible experience with the Bath and Body Works return policy. Instead of offering an easy online option, you have to call a number. I spent forever waiting on the line, only to have my issue go unresolved. It’s frustrating and time-consuming. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you think you might need to return something.”

Your plug in air fresheners are peeling the paint off my wall… I assume it’s the fumes from the oil?!? Either way it stripped the paint off the edging above my kitchen AND bathroom!! Never again will I buy one of those!

I've purchased products from B&BW since 1992. But in the last 5 years, their service and standard has tanked. First, I've endured three Wallflowers orders with broken products, because their warehouse workers clearly don't understand glass is breakable. They shove these tiny glass bottles into a huge box with ZERO protection, leaving them to roll around and bash together, breaking in the box. Now, I've gotten an order of the hand sanitizer sprays I've purchased for years, only to find they're now a THIRD of the size (from 3 ounces down to 1)...for the SAME PRICE! It's absolutely outrageous, and I'm completely disgusted with the money-grubbing morons who run this company. I'm done. They've lost a decades-long loyal customer. Never, ever again.

lies lies and deception went into a store greeted and told items were buy one and get one free. put 6 items in my bag got to the counter ask again to confirm and again was told yes buy one get one. only to have the transaction completed to find it was not the case. instead it was buy item and get a small percentage taken off each. all information I got was misleading

worst customer service ever. have made numerous phone calls and attempted numerous online chats only to be repeatedly disconnected,,,finally got through, have been on the phone 20+ minutes.... brand new GC keeps telling me PIN is INVALID...THEY SEEM UNWILLING OR UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE...NOW told GC is locked try again in 24 hours or go store. Completely unacceptable,,,,,they obviously have zero clue as to what good customer service is...will spend GC and thats the last time i will shop there

I didn’t know my car scent had a pinhole..the oil dripped onto my dash and literally destroyed the silver painted coating on my dash, melted it .

It's almost a month now since I placed an order online and I still haven't received the item. Their customer service team is just dragging things and does not even offer anything to compensate. Disappointing!
