Their bot, Violet, was useless to me. I was having difficulty placing an order. The amount of product I was trying to order kept spontaneously changing (!), and the B3G3 didn't work. I "told" Violet several times, then got routed to an actual agent who dropped my conversation several times. Then was re-routed back to my ex-friend, Violet, again. Stupid. Much worse quality Customer Service than even a year ago. Today, I have become an x-customer of B&BW. You're gonna miss me, baby!

The disappointing day I had with bath&body works is UNBELIEVABLE I was speaking with a customer rep name Hannah who informed me that my package was damaged I asks her how would you ever know that especially since I never received my package I asked to speak with a manager who’s name is David very rude very unprofessional and thought what was happening was a laughable thing for him and refused to do any time of investigation as to why I didn’t receive my package but let me tell what he did do he felt that it was necessary for him to withhold some of refund and took off the taxes and says he’s only refunded the $71.24 and not the taxes on my order and then he felt the need to hang up on me and before he hung up I asked him are you going to send out another order he says only if I pay like I didn’t just pay for my 1st order I’m just so done with bath and body works and these customer rep who they feel like they can do as they want when it comes to a customer I asked him is there nothing you can about my this so called manager says yea no how is this happening and how is this ever ok Please reach out to about what has happened

My online order was cancelled for no reason after the $5.95 offer was over, and on reaching out to the customer service, I was told to make the same order again and it will be price-matched from the backend. After getting multiple confirmations, I placed the order for thrice the original price - only to get an email DAYS later that price-match promise will not be respected. I requested the order be cancelled and I was denied that is not an option as well. No respect for customer's money, time or trust. Extremely unprofessional at all levels: canceling my order, promising adjustment and making me spend time and pay, revoking the promise after several days, not responding to email, redirecting to chat and not able to retain the case history in chat, redirecting me to call - and as the epitome of unprofessionalism, hanging up after mentioning that I will be put on hold.

Horrible! No hand soap is worth it! I’ve been on phone almost 5 hours, with about 50 customer careless reps. Not 1 would help..laughed at, ignored, cut off, laughed at, mocked, hung up on. They lost my business!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 4 of 6 candles came badly damaged, one was completely crushed in pieces, the second 3 wick jar was cracked in 4 places, the other 2 jars were scratched all over. For 2 months they treated me like an idiot telling that they can't see the damage on high resolution photos, I had to send the picks 5 times!! I sent 15 emails requesting to issue me a refund. Two months later they asked me to return the damaged items: "request that all the candles be returned to us to qualify for a refund ". How can anyone trust the company who pretends that they can't see the damage on totally crushed glass jar? And now, I want to underline - two months later, they want "to qualify". Sounds like a joke.. Terrible experience with Australian office. Don't buy from them, you will never get your money back. I bought the candles as the presents to my dentist clients and Australian B&BW office failed me every step in this miserable experience. Joe was the contact from the so called "support" and he is hopeless and unprofessional, never kept his word.

They send you 'fake offers' as a rewards.member that they.refuse to honor and when you call .. the answer is " we never intended to honor offers we sent you " Really? Not OK!

Ive been noticing that the wick of my candles usually burn out at the end and it doesn't relight, so im left with 20% of my candles that I can't use because I can't light the wick, which isn't fair because these candles are 26.00 a jar.

I ordered a gold (and what I thought was pink) candle holder for $34. I received a flimsy silver metal holder and the sticker price was $17! Not a sale item! When I contacted them they said prices can vary and the pink was a candle placed in the holder to make it look better. I was not able to exchange or refund. They deliberately touch up photos and have fake prices online. It’s deliberate Price gouging.
