No. I have been a loyal customer for years and years. This year an order was to have been canceled and replaced. I was told it was. It wasn't. It went through my account. The wrong order was even done wrong and they wanted to argue with me about what I had received. The correct order I also received and the cologne boxes were damaged. One of the cans of body mist for Ocean was dented and after being on hold for 15 minutes I was told I could bring the order back to the store but could not receive a shipping label. The store is about 2 hours from me. !!!???!!! Horrible. They lost a customer and from the looks of the reviews on trust pilot they are losing many more. DONT BUY FROM BATH AND BODY ONLINE!! They had no supervisor available but said I could call back. OMG! order number 00474242288799.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! It is obvious they outsource to a foreign country and do not make sure that the reps can use proper grammar, spelling or language in general. The package I received was poorly packaged and the items were damaged. There is obviously no quality control in either shipping or customer service departments.

This is the second time I have ordered online. The first time my order was sent yo my old address and they said they would issue me a refund as they couldn’t stop my order. This NEVER happened. I waited several months and made sure my address was updated. I ordered again online and they had my correct address but now it’s delayed. I ordered Nov 22nd and today is December 8th. I contacted the company and there online virtual assistant said they would resend my item at no additional cost and send me a verification email. So far no email. I doubt I will see my products either. I will never order online with them ever again!

They never shipped my order (reviews showed tons of other people lately with this problem) . When they finally canceled it, they refused to return my shipping cost and tax. 5 call center agents later and zero solutions. This store and their customer service are a joke.

I tried to order with a promo code on Candle Day- I ordered 30 candles that should have been $10 for 24 of them that I ordered and full price for the other six . The promo code did not get processed when I put the payment through so I immediately called customer service for help and was told I could not cancel my order (this was within 30 minutes of the order). I asked if at least they could change the payment with the promo code added on and they also said I could not do that. My option was I had to wait until all the candles are delivered and then return them myself to a local store. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was too busy on other calls to speak to me. I know they are able to cancel a credit card order and reprocess it for the correct amount w the promo but apparently they are too lazy to do this and I couldn’t speak with anyone in a higher position. Coming from a business owner myself this is so unacceptable. Unbelievable.

disgusting customer service. i had ordered a few body mists for the 40% off sale and during billing, it asked me for a verification code 5 times as it wasnt showing my order was confirmed, shocked to find my card had been charged for 3 of those verifications after the website was saying none of them went through. i called customer service and provided the requested proof for a refund. despite this, i kept receiving emails from the sender (VALIRAM) saying my order was being packed. i called customer service multiple times, and each time, the representative assured me they would inform the sender not to ship it. however, a few days later, i received two emails, one confirming my order had been delivered and another stating that my ticket had been closed. WTF bath and bodyworks?!

Up at 2am to order my $9.95 candles when the promo code will not work. Chat bot gets you nowhere & the phone number they give you for the office is close. Offer expires at 5:59am (offices don’t open till 6am). Will be calling when offices open to attempt to get my $9.95 candles AGAIN. Will not purchase from this store ever again if I do not receive my coupon code for this order to be placed when I call the office in the morning. Very frustrating

Normally I just get upset for having broken items due to lack of packaging and transit, but this time I'm overall upset with it all. I ordered about 24 foam soaps and a soap dispenser. I reached my items because I needed it before a certain date due to an event I was hosting. It was said to arrive the 2nd then never showed up. I contacted support team they said they would send me another replacement package yet now the tracking said the 5th would it be here. Now it's the 6th and yet nothing... I contacted again today and still they are making me wait 2 more days..... I have never been this disappointed with bath and body works because I love to order from you guys but after this, really left a distasteful experience.
