I love bath and body works I just hate that I can't cancel an online order...like now I'm having to wait on an order I decided I didnt want (my 2nd order in 2days) but then realized I couldn't that I had to wait until it was sent to me then send it back...that just seems like a lot to do when I could just cancel it before it's even fulfilled...

Love the eucalyptus mint products but the newer wallflower plug ins don’t work as well as the traditional white flower. They do not heat enough to get fragrance dispersed. The black plug in is in my bathroom and barely smell the fragrance in that tiny area. Use to I could walk up to my door and smell that wonderful scent. Does anyone else find the new warmers don’t work as well or is it a bad batch of fragrant oils?

I made a huge order and when I received it, 1 soap had leaked all in the box and another had a broken pump. Very poor packaging. Looked like everything had been thrown in the box without any care what so ever. Good thing the candles come in a box can't imagine what would have happened to those. Very disappointed. Guess I will only shop at the stores and not on line. Very sad.

Bought the Bourbon scented candle 7 oz. and paid $14.50. The scent was great but the candle only last 2/3 thru and runs out of wick. Felt cheated a little bit.

Nothing is what it used to be. The scents are not strong enough to last. This goes for the body mist frangrances, the lotions, the body creams, the body scrubs, the shower gels AND the candles. It seems like all of their products exists to simply provide 5 min of nice frangrances. There are a few scents that are strong enough to smell after a while...but only a few. I guess many customers complained about the scents being too strong. But isnt that the point? To be able to smell the darn thing?? Now the scents are so weak, they are virtually non-existent once the product is on your body or you can only smell the candle if you put it right up to your nose. In the future, the only products I will be buying are the shea butter body creams. While the smell may not last, their body creams are the only thing that work for this dry skin in the winter.
