Worst customer service ever!!! How does my personal information change on my account when I didn’t change it. My email address was altered, date of birth was changed. How does that happen? Couldn’t sign into my account and I spent over a week’s time probably 12 hours calling customer service to fix the website problem only to be told by each rep to wait half an hour and try logging in again. That didn’t work. After the last call which took 1 1/2 hrs. still no resolution. Very frustrated and actually very angry so told the rep to just cancel my account. Now I know why Victoria’s Secret stopped allowing Bath and Body Works to accept their card for payment. Website sucks!!! After all the time I spent trying to get B&BW to fix THEIR website problem, I cancelled my account with them. Unreal!!!

These people act like the Holiday is a surprise to them. Have placed 4 orders last week and not a one of them have shipped yet. Went on a live chat after battling their Bot and was extremely clear with order #'s and shipping address and the human was just as useless as their Bot. I am never ordering from them again.

Ordered candles from the candle sale didn't receive first shipment because delivery driver didn't follow instructions...they say they are sending a replacement and it should arrive in two days...that was two days ago...I get an email this morning the day I was scheduled to receive replacement saying less than half of order (2) candles has just now shipped...and 3 are now not available The Bridgerton Collection and this hostile entitled extremely rude "customer service agent" is being diminishing to me...refusing a supervisor and leaving me on hold for ever....why did I wait in a invisible TWO HOUR LINE ON LINE to ensure id acquire The Bridgerton Collection a limited release if customer service were to treat me this way!!! DO NOT BUY ON LINE JUST GO TO THE STORE💔

I ordered 8 3-wick candles as Christmas gifts. When I received my order five of the eight candles were broken. I called customer service and they were only able to replace the candles that were in stock. They never offered me an option to replace with different scents, which would have been a perfect option for me as I work 6 days a week and unable to get to the store during this time of year. As a long-term customer of Bath and Body Works I expected so much more. The box was crushed that I received the items in and there were three candles that I didn't even open from the rattling that was going around inside of these small boxes. I feel that I should have been able to replace them with whatever scents I chose. However I was informed that that wasn't possible and that only the scents ordered could be replaced. I also asked if I could take the broken ones into the store to receive replacements and was told no that was not an option. Very disappointing Bath & Body Works, very disappointing.

I have shopped at Bath and Body Works for years and I’ve never had any problem exchanging an item if I didn’t like it. I brought back two hand soap refill cartons that had not been opened because I did not like the scent after I had used the individual hand soap I bought which I kept since I had used it. Taylor at Quail Springs Market Place in Oklahoma City was so rude to me and made me pay an extra two dollars. I have never had anyone charge me extra for an even exchange. I then wanted to use my reward that was sent via the app and she couldn’t figure out how to use it. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was one of the managers. Some of the clerks overheard her and apologized. I will never return to that store again I work retail part-time after being retired and would never treat a customer that way. The customer is always right! You do whatever it takes to make them happy.

Candle Day was a joke. They sent wrong orders, broken orders, did not honor their prices, could not resend, did not notify anyone. Would have kept my money with no reshipment!! Order Number 00474243765540 ** Review the chat with Veronica

Bath and Body Works is nothing like it was years back as far as the body mists! The scents DO NOT last no longer than when it's sprayed on! I will NOT be purchasing anymore, ever! The prices are ridiculous for the scents not to last!

Fountain Store - been waiting for an $8 credit for nearly 4 weeks. They overcharged me on the day and couldn't do the reimbursement due to having to go the the head office and then said it was an IT issue. I've contacted the store every week and been in to be advised is will be in in 5 working day .... same story every time. I don't understand why the shop can't do refunds! I know it only $8 but this making me more determined and will be taking it higher. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! I will not be purchasing again as nobody in the shop can help.
