Placed order on December 1. Was told it would be here December 8. Upon 2 phone calls December 9 and 18. Their customer service department could not help me locate my delivery or tell me when it would arrive. Very disappointing customer service as well as the fact they use a terribly incompetent delivery service. I have placed several orders online with other stores and have had no issues with the package showing up. I will never order from Bath and body works.

Worst customer service by far placed an order in November it arrived with many missing items missing I have been on calling every day for two weeks for them to tell me the next day it will be resolved called back to be put on hold for 30 then HANG UP ON this was not a mistake as I called back the next day same thing but with a different person when I called back got the same person told them I want to speak to a manager and phone did not hang up asked him why he said bad line , LIE .. still have not heard back absolutely disgusting company so unprofessional disrespectful and unorganised I will be going to consumer affairs

Placed an order November 15/24. With postal strike, they've chosen to not ship my order via Purolator. Many chats on customer service over the last month where I've been told it's being shipped. Now December 17 and they've changed delivery date to January 3. Very disappointed...customer service just lies and offered discount code that they never send out. Not happy at all.

Bad customer service . I waited at the pick up line for 10 mins before only for a sales associate to tell me I should wait in the different line.

I recently purchased five candles and one was broken. There were glass shards all through the packaging. I decided to let B&BW know that I was not happy and would not be purchasing online due to the broken candle. I was told ‘sorry you did not advise us with 14 days so there is nothing we can do’. I don't know what happened to this company. Placed an order on 12/6 for 15 candles. The package was delivered to the wrong address on 12/15 by Fed-ex, who uploaded a picture of my package on someone else's porch, a house with white siding. My house is orange-brown. I called Bath & Body Works early the next morning and spoke with a customer service rep who told me he was shipping out a replacement package. When I asked for the order number he said it was the same number and I would get a confirmation email. Late that night I had not gotten an email so I contacted the Chat service online and asked the agent, whose name was not provided, if a replacement order had been made and was told it was cancelled because some of the items were out of stock. He said he could only ship 9 of the 15 items because the rest were out of stock. When I pointed out that only 2 items were showing out of stock online he said that even though they were showing in stock they could not be replaced. So he was clearly lying to me. When I questioned him about this, he abruptly ended the chat. I reinitiated a chat and asked for a refund the next "Agent" (probably same one) abruptly said that he or she could not assist with the problem and ended the chat. I repeated the process once more with the same results. I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute the charge. It is unbelievable that it had to come to that. We have shopped here for years, decades even, and we are sad because we love their candles. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again.

I generally enjoy ordering things online. but my recent experience was the worst I've ever had with BATH AND BODY WORKS. Their promotion was misleading, as it should have been made clear that there is a limit on the number of items for that promotion. To make matters worse, I noticed that I was charged incorrectly on the same day I called customer service to address the issue. The representative I spoke to didn't mention any of the discrepancies; he only assured me that he would adjust the prices for items that weren't discounted. If I had known about the the limit or had been informed properly, I would have canceled my entire order. This experience has been frustrating, and it’s likely that this will be my first and last order with them.

They charged me three times for a purchase that i did not get and when i tried to report it their customer service line didn't care and said they couldn't do anything about it
