After attempting to place and order 4 times I will no longer buy from bath and body works. 4 orders were cancelled claiming unusual activity. I was given every excuse from one of the items was out of stock so the entire order was cancelled to the shipping address and billing address aren’t the same(which is not true). After speaking with them, after the sale of course, I was told make an order the 5th time and pay full price then we will refund you the discounted price within 30 days. Are you kidding me? No I’m not paying full price then believe I’ll get a refund. I offered them a viable solution to give me a gift card for the difference then I’ll go to the store and buy in person. They won’t do that. Why should I trust that order #5 will work and that I would get a refund for the sale price? I’m not quite that naive.

BEWARE!! Don’t buy from Bath & Body!!! They had a sale on plug ins for $2.95 each so I order 20. I was charged 7.95 each!! I called to report it. Disputed it with my credit card company to no avail. I was overcharged almost $140. They’re are thieves!!

This company is a hot mess! Couple weeks ago they had a sale for $4.95 on all body care stuff, so I stocked up and order some Rose body sprays and some thousand wishes body lotion because they don’t sell it in stores! Got an email said my estimated time for my order would be by Christmas Eve then I get another email saying my estimated order would be on Friday the 20th. The 20th came and didn’t get an alert from them until 3hours after the delivery and the text alert I got was when I was I work, so I didn’t see it till after. The stupid UPS guy put my packages near the wrong mailboxes and not mine. Then takes a blurry picture. When I get home the packages were gone. My packages were stolen. Went through a whole ordeal with the property manager and then with bath and body works all so they can say oh sorry will send you a replacement and now I’m getting alerts saying my package is delayed. Who knows if I’ll receive my package. This whole situation pissed me off beyond belief. Thought I was going to self implode. Thanks for ruining Christmas! They and ups need to work on having a better system to let people know exactly when and what time the package is coming to avoid these problems!

I will no longer be buying products from your company and will not be recommending your products to anyone else. I paid full price for these items and due to the damages I have not been compensated in any way. This matter has taken months to get a reply from your company. I've been a long time custo mer with you guys its disappointing.

Received my order and opened the box to count the candles to make sure the right amount was shipped. It was the right amount. I sat the box to the side with my other gifts to wrap later on. I noticed a few days after I received my order I received a refund for the amount of my order. I'm confused because my candles are sitting in the box and I didnt return anything. I open the candles and it's someone else's order. I am pissed!!!!!! I waited all year for the candle sale just for Bath and Bodyworks to ruin my Christmas. Now the 7 people I had gifts for I have nothing. This is the 1st year I've done online shopping with Bath and Body works and it will be the last. Now the candle sale is over and I have to pay full price. You guys should take your time when packaging orders I know at least 2 people whose Christmas you ruined. Mine and the person's order I received. PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!! GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!!!

Shopping in your location in Connecticut Commons and I walked around several employees. None of them greeted me, however white female patrons shopping near me were greeted. As an African American male shopper, I am surprised and appalled. I have shopped BBW over the years and loved the service. Big miss!!

I waited in line for their special online promotion, sat at the computer for over 2 hours, plus my account would not accept my login, I could not get the link to let me change the password it sent me in a loop then locked me out - had to call customer service it was a 3-hour ordeal when I could have been doing something else- black Friday deal - made a huge order & waited & waited & waited - nothing came to the house! The order did not go through, thankfully my card was not charged, I lost the discount and they lost the sale & many sales I would make after. This is the 2ND time this has happened to me. -Poor site Poor IT maintenance.

Worst experience my package was to arrive on 12/12. It was never shipped. Replacement order still not processed or shipped now all the prices are doubled.
