For a great store- the online shop is horrible! Products arrived damaged. Replacements never arrived. Do not recommend buying from them online. Call center is foreign- crappy Crappy Crappy!!! Sooo mad!

I shop with Bath & Body works fairly often however this review will be over a gift given to me purchased from B&BW. I was give a gift bag b&bw bag rose scent nothing against the scent rose just not my scent so I stopped into the store on Alpine, Walker, MI to see if I could swap out for a scent I like, Once I explained to the young lady behind the counter she became rude & tried saying there was something missing from the bag she's says she doesn't know what but something is missing, hand lotion, a bar of soap not sure but something is missing & refused to let me exchange out the gift bag, mind you the gift bag has 8fl oz rose fragrance mist, 8fl oz rose body lotion & 10fl oz rose shower gel & you can't fit anything else in the gift bag. So I would like to thank your rude store clerk for helping me make the decision to never shop there again & I can promise you my family & friends will be notified not to purchase anything from bath & body works for me ever again, as for the rose gift set that I will never use I will see if coworker can return & get her money back if not trash it is.

Contacted BBW online chat agent, Violet. Violet is a bot and i asked to chat with an agent. The agent was not a native English speaking person...Grammer was horrid, as was word selection. Had I known that BBW used non-English speaking agents for their call center, would not have ordered from them. The agent was not helpful, nor were they able to understand my question.

Commonwealth Center location Hull Street took my name and “set aside” 2 candles called Leather and Brandy. I drove 40 minutes to pick them up and they had sold them. Absolutely no compensation was offered and the associate who sold them could not be named. The manager was useless. It was only my 2nd time to visit a Bath and Body Works but Definitely My LAST!!!

I made a pick-up order, they booked money on my card… but didn’t book items in store for me

Second time I have placed a high dollar order only to find out days later that the order never went through- never mind that I got a confirmation from PayPal that I placed the order. Am I supposed to submit the order 10 times in hopes that 1 will actually go through? And pay for those 10 orders and then try to cancel them later? Now of course all the items are out of stock so I’m SOL. And then contacted them through chat and was basically hung up on from their associate saying he couldn’t help me. Bath and body works you need to do better- obvious that you have a problem with your online ordering system that you are failing to address. And you need to train your associates better as well- as for me, I’ll be looking for a new company to spend my money with.

Every single thing is this store will give you cancer every single thing is filled to the rim with chemicals if you look at the ingredients but this is my personal experience they had a sale going on with the lip masks so I bought one for cheap (no wonder no one was buying them) but to add they cover the ingredients with a label I’m sure they have to list the ingredients but they did try to hide them (loads of chemicals silica the whole shabang) this was the coconut lip mask specifically I put it on one time (no I’m not allergic to anything like shea or anything in it but I am allergic to chemicals equivalent to bleach!!!!!) to cut the story short I have a huge cold blister on my lip tmi currently has pus coming out so please do not by any lip care or practically anything here
