DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE GIVEN I would give zero stars if I could. They sent my order to the wrong address. It was then returned to their warehouse and now they wont respond to my emails. It is now 13th January and I ordered items for xmas gifts. I tried to call, but just got a computer telling me that there was no one available and to hold. I held for 7 minutes and then the computer generated voice told me to contact them via email and hung up on me. Just disgusting. You stole my $60.

purchased a large amount online and the products I received look like things that had been returned. Damaged soap, sprays, and candles. Candle fell out of the jar looks like it had been used, can spray damaged and the lids on soap broken. Good luck with chat box they ask you same questions and still don't know to resolve.

First time buyer here. Got a candle for Christmas gift loved it. So I place a large order for candles. These candles are WAY over priced. I got my candles one was broke tried to contact BBW about it no dice. UPS had given 4 different delivery dates. So I lit one of the new candles it smells like nothing! I mean nothing! What an expensive mistake 1st. Time and last time they get my money!

Biggest mistake they EVER made was deciding to stop producing Moon light Path! Best most awesome fragrance they ever came out with… since they stopped carrying it I have NOT purchased a candle since then and only the creams because I have no other choice. Bring back MoonLight Path or I am ready to find another cream that works for me since scent is not moonlight path. Los me or bring it vack.. but lease; everyone get on my box and complain

I placed an online order to be picked up at a local store in Shreveport. (Mall St. Vincent) I never received confirmation. Called the store and was informed that they were short staffed and could not fulfill the order. I went to the store to pick up the items, needless to say that it was not what I wanted. I had to pay for the order again. I have yet to receive a refund for a purchase made 12/14/24 after requesting online and by phone. Please do not offer options to your customers that cause inconvenience instead of convenience. I have wasted valuable time, money and gas with no satisfaction.

Do not buy online. I would give 0 stars if it let me. Ordered an e-gift card for Christmas and it never got sent. They STILL haven’t fixed it despite trying to contact them everyday. They do not respond to emails/reply when they say they will. Fkn useless.

I use to love B&BW but in last few years the quality of the scents are awful and it’s pricey nowadays. Candle prices are insane. I now buy gorgeous smelling candles elsewhere now for half the price. Semiannual sales are garbage…stuff they’re selling comes in and it stinks. Regular stuff not on sale anymore. Wallflower plugs are ridiculous and costly. NO MORE BBW for me. Sales are garbage,STUFF ON SALE STINKS, WALL FLOWERS ON SALE STINK… …just leave it as it was quality wise. They’re destroying their own business through greed. Thanks but I’ll be shopping elsewhere now. Sad and stupid marketing dept. Consumers are not stupid.

I made the mistake of ordering from the Culver City store again, but only because they had all my items in stock. SPOILER: they didn't. Again. My order took so long to fulfill,they ran out of items again. Either that or they're incapable of keeping their inventory updated. Every single time I order from this store or go in person is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I love Bath and Body Works, but the Culver City store is a disgrace. I blame myself for ordering from them again. I highly recommend the Ladera store. The staff there is amazing.
