I called to check the balance on a gift card and the information provided was misleading and not helpful. Despite the card stating that it does not expire, the automated system indicated the card was either "expired" or the balance was "$0." Even worse, there's apparently no way to obtain information on usage or last transaction. When I asked the representative to be transferred to a survey, I was met with the following response: "We don't have a survey" hence the reason I'm here. I'm disappointed about this experience.

Working at Bath and Body Works was disappointing. Despite the brand’s focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, that same care isn’t extended to the associates. Management was overly focused on meeting sales goals, often at the expense of the well-being of employees. Breaks were rushed, the work environment felt high-pressure, and there was little acknowledgment for hard work or dedication. Scheduling was often inconsistent, with shifts being changed last minute or associates being asked to stay late with no consideration for personal obligations. There was also a lack of support from upper management. Concerns raised by associates about workload or unfair treatment were dismissed or ignored. It felt like we were just another number rather than valued team members. Training was minimal, but expectations were unreasonably high, leading to unnecessary stress. There wasn’t much room for growth or development, either—any opportunities seemed reserved for a select few, regardless of who truly deserved them. Overall, the experience left me feeling undervalued and overworked, which is unfortunate for a company that markets itself as caring and positive. They may have great products, but they seriously need to reconsider how they treat their employees.

I placed an order in early January that shipped in less than a week. Unfortunately, the order was damaged in transit and the carrier discarded it. Rather than refill the order, Bath & Body cancelled it and said a refund would be credited to my account after they received it (impossible since UPS discarded it). When I called to see the status of the credit, which customer service said could take up to 30 days, the rep asked if I wanted the order reshipped. No thanks, that should have been your first response after it was damaged in shipping, not as a last resort when I request a refund to my original payment method. Also, I am not waiting up to a month for a refund when the payment was required before the order shipped - got an immediate refund posted to my original payment method.

I placed an order on December 15 as a Christmas gift to my family. I updated the address to be shipped to the address that I will be visiting. Somehow Bath & body changes the address to the address they wanted to send it to even the address that no longer exist. When I called back December 21, I called back on December 23. They agreed to refund money as well as ship me the order at a zero cost. after being in the hospital suffering with bronchitis I am able to reach out to Bath and body Works because I still have not received the order. I spoke with Alex and Alex said there was nothing she can do and hung up on me. I have been a loyal customer to Bath and body since the early 1990s and I am appalled by the treatment I am receiving at this moment

I ordered 8 items last December 27, and today 17 of January I received only 6 items and I didn’t get any email from them or not indicated in the packing list that it’s only partial item or what, so what I did I checked the app/website and log in and on my orders it says that delivered! This purchase stresses me a lot and gives me headache

I ordered 6 candles, didn’t receive them on time for my company Christmas party, the gentleman was very rude, he had to send a whole new order, wouldn’t do anything about the situation to make me happy, I also bought a bunch of wall plug ins, broke a pair of pliers trying to get the cap off, got a different pair of pliers, it took me and my daughter ten minutes to get it off, I’ve spent at least $800 in the past month in a half. I have a video of me trying to get the cap off the wall fragrance.

I have been a huge fan of BBW for a few years, appreciating the intense smell of candles permeating thru out my home. as of lately, I will no longer be purchasing anything!! there is absolutely zero throw on my favorite candles, and the wallflower plugs, u literally have to put ur face on it to get a slight scent! whatever happened, u need to do better!! ex customer, and from reading previous reviews, I'm not the only one

Customer service in the stores is absolutely horrible! I have tried unsuccessfully 3 times to pick up an order from the Tucson Mall on my lunch hour and have had to leave each and every time due to their employees not having a clue how to provide customer service. I am sure that are not being paid to play games on their phones or hang out with their friends. I am done. No MORE BBW. Going to go to their competitor.
