I keep spending more money to earn rewards. My total points haven't changed in months. I needed 167 more points to get a $16.99 reward for getting 1000 points. I spent $30 since I only needed 167 more points, the total hasn't changed at all. I called their customer services which is over seas, they told me my accounts hasn't been updated in awhile. Now I need over 300 more points to get a reward after spending more money. Bottom line is, they want you to spend more money, but do not want to honor the reward you earned in the process. The overseas customer service and the store where I've been purchasing the items, were no help! The store claims the store has nothing to do with the rewards. They just advertise the program, and take your money, and don't care about the unfulfilled promises!!! Won't go there anymore!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. No customer support they hang me 3 times no one cares. My bag was stolen in the bathroom at the mall and no one try to help me.

I bought three set of the Disney princess collection and they all had some kind of mold and was really gooey inside and did not smell good after 3 day with having it.

I brought some beautiful pyjamas in Next sale, white with pink ski pictures. £17 instead of £50. Material felt nice and silky, all good til I washed them. Half an hour on 30 wash. They shrunk slightly but could still wear them. Washed again shrunk even more, down from a 14 to a size 10. So wouldn't buy from them. Sorry Bath and bodywork x

Both the app and the website are impossible to use. You cannot remove items from cart, can't change store locations without losing items, said if I added 10 cents i would get standard flat rate shipping. Not true. Their sales structure is set up to make you buy more than you intended. If you like a scent they'll discontinue it. You walk out wondering how you spent $100. And I'm a pretty conservative shopper. Their candles smell great but don't last more than a couple hours. I'm done with in-store, online and on app shopping at BBW

I was gifted "a thousand wishes" gift set at Christmas. It smells so good. However, the lotion makes me itch like crazy and the electric oil plug in spilled and melted the back of my remote. What in the heck is in this stuff? I have not plugged it in since. And I don't use the lotion anymore. Too bad because it smells really good but there's something wrong with it.

My kids bought me an e-gift card for Christmas. Never got the card. When I called they said they had “escalated” it, then I called everyday for 2 weeks and they were “escalating” my issue. Everyone I spoke to said they’d call or email within the day. Never received an email. Finally after emailing every day for 3 weeks they said they would refund my daughter the money. We are still waiting. The online customer service is terrible! Appalling!

I bought several items from this store online. I really loved the fragrance that I got from the store. When I received the items from online they had no smell at all and the ones from the store, after a few weeks, had no smell at all either. I will never buy anything at all from this place.
