ZERO STARS!!! The issue started when I originally Places my order. UPS lost it. They made me wait 20 days until ups realized they lost it. They sent another package. It arrived. Only one problem… I received a ziplock bag of empty containers swimming in the product that should’ve been in said containers. Enraged I called the 800# 45 mins on hold I hung up. Went to the stupid chat. Two hours later no one has yet to answer the chat. At this point it’s easier to dispute the charge with my bank and that’s exactly what I’m doing! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN‼️

They give absolutely the worst customer service if you ever have to contact them. When the call picked up but no one said hello, instead you could hear them just talking in back. After saying hello forever a person came on the line, said he could not help with my order and to wait 5 days for it to cancel. I asked for a supervisor so he hung up. I call back and get a woman who lies and says she canceled my order, not true but emailed a coupon for ten dollars. So basically absolutely nothing but frustration trying to do business with this company. What she failed to mention is with that coupon I would be required to spend another $30 with Bath and Body Works and that is not happening.

Worst online shopping experience ever with Bath & Body Works. I’ve placed the same order FOUR TIMES, and they’ve cancelled it every single time with no proper explanation, no apology, and no solution. Just a generic cancellation notice after making me wait. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I expected better from such a big brand. If you can’t fulfill orders, why even list them on your site? And where is the customer support when we need answers? I used to love Bath & Body Works, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. Do better.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible! I called in on Monday and asked if the store could hold my order until this Friday. I was placed on hold for a few minutes. The CSA came back and advised me that he contacted the store and they said they would hold it for me. After that I continued to receive text reminders to put up my order. I called in today to verify they would hold it and was advised the CSA lied and there was nothing they could do. I requested a manager and a call pull. The manager advised me he would pull the call and speak to the representative. I don't know how because the CSA that transferred me to him told me they didn't have record of my calling. The manager told me all he could do for me was gove me a 20% coupon then hung up in my face. I am a QA coordinator and for me this call was definitely a ZERO in my book. There was a lack of empathy, lack of acknowledgement, and lack of ownership. There was also an extreme about of placing blame. Customer service sucks big time. Note to self to just call the store. The manager pulled my order up and placed a note on it for them to hold it until Friday. So much for phone customer service. After this I will never shop here again. I'm done!

I am taking a moment to write a review regarding Bath and Body Works . I am a very regular customer and when I purchase from this store I purchase quite a bit of items at a time . As of today I will not be making purchases like that anymore in this store . My huge issue with this store is that they sell products at a crazy price on a regular basis for instance they will sell body care like sprays , lotions , shower gels ect at 20$ each regular price then have these sales once every 2 to 4 months of $ 5.95 each for body care for a duration of 2 to 3 days . Then they will end the sale and put it back up to buy 3 get 1 free promotion and make people think its some great deal . SMH ..... WHERE in the heck is that a great deal ??? Seriously when you can put your body care at $ 5.95 and your 3 wick candles on for $11.95 or $12.95 your definitely ripping people off . Furthermore when you have a promotion it should be lasting longer then a 2 to 3 day window as there are many people who are unable to make it to a store or purchase online due to work , or unexpected situations, emergencies and such .... I believe your promotions could be a LOT BETTER and longer lasting 100% . I really am obsessed with many products in this store but I will not be purchasing as I believe they need to show better customer appreciation, have better promotions and longer ones to accommodate everyone. The world is not small .

I feel they need to return the scents that made them popular. White Tea and Ginger and Cherry Blossom to name a few should always be available. I always received compliments when I used those two scents. The new scents are to strong with the exception of the aromatherapy collection which I love 💕. A comeback is possible 🥰

I ordered some candles 2 weeks ago they said they would have been here so make sure you check your items before you order

Poor customer service when trying to get solution to delivery issue. I had products leaking throughout my whole order and it damaged packaging in others aswell as receiving half empty products. An absolute mess to try and clean up as it has leaked through the whole box. Sent multiple emails including photos as proof. Still no solution. I asked for replacement products to be sent but it hasn't happened, nor has a refund been offered. Reporting to consumer affairs. Will never buy from again. Not terrible products but very overpriced so won't miss much but not buying from them again. It will cost them a lot more than my replacement products as I love telling people about my good and bad experiences with companies.
