Great selection of scents to choose from and no issues with my order :)

I always go to bath and body works while I am in my local mall. I usually shop the once a year clearance sale and stock up then. I do wish they would not discontinue certain scents. I don't shop on-line. I do quite well at my mall and have lots of body lotions, sprays and handcreams. I also love their lip glosses! I give them away as gifts too!

When I walked into to the store I was pleasantly surprised!!! The store was clean organized, but what drew me was the fragrance it’s like they know what to spray to lure you in!! Lol. Right as I walking in the store I was greeted and the employee explained in detail what was on sale she was so friendly. I felt like I was talking to a good friend my first time shopping at that store and it won’t be the last!!! I think they have the best customer service! I also love the products I bought I ended up spending 178 dollars.

Absolutely admire quality and fragrances of recently launched products. Sales individual was very cooperative and enthusiastic! We had a great customer care experience and even with cashier! You have a life time customer now!

I love Bath and Bodyworks, firstly because they stuck with what they knew, they stuck with what they are good at, instead of branching out into clothes, shoes etc. Victoria's Secret was know for their fragrances at one time and fell off. In my opinion the company tried to dip and dab into everything and they lost their way. Secondly, Bath and Bodyworks has a nice return policy. If a candle was mailed to me damaged, I can take the candle to the nears Bath and Bodyworks store and they will switch it out. There sales and coupons are off the chain. One con about Bath and Bodyworks, their stores are too small. Lastly, I will be a shopper with them forever.

The summer scents are just amazing. Some of their body mists smell too chemically but most of them are lovely. Currently in love with their coconut milk collection! I had to stock up on it <3

My wife just fell in love with Fiji White Sands Gentle Exfoliating Hand Soap. Her hands are super gentle, I think this is the best soap she has ever used!
