I am waiting for my order for almost 1 month, they just say I havr to wait. I will stop online orders from them in the future.

I recommend getting your stuff in stores! Every time I order online, all of my stuff was just tossed in a box without packing. I open the boxes and theres glass and liquid all over my stuff! No refunds or anything!

From the first moment I walked in the store I was getting side-eyed by the worker that was stalking the main shelf right in the front. Let me tell you that this took place in Duluth Minnesota at the mall so I'm sure not all bath and body works are like this but this one in particular was extremely odd. I never was asked if I wanted a basket or if I needed any help. The only time I was ever talkbullshits when I went to go check out and that girl was pretty nice but the whole experience was bullshit

I went to the store at Midtown Crossing in LA to pick-up an order I made online. I picked that up and asked the lady behind the counter if the same discount I received online was good when buying something in the store. She said yes. I also asked her if I could use an old gift card that was going to expire at the end of the month (October 2025). She said yes. So I got another fragrance mist like the one I ordered online, swiped my gift card and for some strange reason, once the sale was complete, she felt compelled to look over my receipt before handing over the receipt and the purchase. I felt uncomfortable because never has anyone done that at this store, and it was odd. I've been getting my lotions, fragrance mists and hand sanitizers from there for a long time. I picked up a lotion last week. If she thought I was trying to steal, I can assure you I can buy anything in that store that I want. That's why I graduated uni with graduate degrees and had a very long and successful career in corporate. Maybe I'm overreacting, but it just felt a bit shady.

I recently purchased my favorite BBW spearmint and eucalyptus foaming hand soap. Although I don't like it, I can live with the cheap-looking packaging redesign by transferring the contents into a reusable hand pump. However, the soap itself seems also to have changed. It's thinly foamly--not robust as it used to be. Truly, this hand soap used to make me happy! I'm terribly disappointed.

I had to reject THREE ads for other companies at checkout. IF I wanted to do business with other companies, I would be on their websites and not yours. =(

When I received my order, one item was missing and that they claimed was send. I have been trying to contact them for 2 days with zero lucky. Will not be buying from them again, their customer service is awful.

I won’t be purchasing wallflower units from BBW anymore. The fancier ones are expensive and they don’t last long at all. I paid almost $30 for one and it lasted a little more then month and BBW wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange. I’m very disappointed with this company, they increase their prices and lower the quality of their products.
