Do NOT and I repeat do not order online! This company is so corrupt it baffles me, they will say it's one price and the just change it and take more without having any contact with you, I will never order online from.the again, the agents are as useless as tit's on a bull. Save yourself the headache just shop in store if you think you need any of this overpriced stuff, there is much better avaliable for less money and not a scamming company.

I went for a purchase and planned on using a gift card. No knowing theca mount on card i figured I could apply and pay the difference. Cashier said the card said insufficient funds. It had never been used before by me.She kept punching all sorts of numbers. Asked me the value and I had no idea, it was a gift. Asked. E to guess I said. Maybe $25? She said yes it came up to thatcp amount and i owed $10.93. Gave her $11 and said round it off. Then she coukd not end the transaction. Another person got involved and said my card had zero. Yes, because they used it for my purchase. They said my card had no funds and had zero balance and voided the transaction. I then paid for the entire amount thin, ing that they were not capable to use my unused gift card. Handed me the card back with a receipt saying zero balance. I never got the use of that card, they took it all and I should have walked out with nothing. I will never patronize any of your stores again. And will spread the word to NEVER purchase a gift card. I got robbed!

Since Bath & Body changed their rewards program, I would give them a zero if I could. The have increased their prices so much that’s it’s ridiculous! Bath & Body Works increased the amount for their Rewards Program which is great, but added more exclusions to their program which include wallflowers, soap holders, candle holders to name a few. Since you can’t use your rewards on soap holder or candle holders which is what I used my rewards for, it’s just not worth buying their overpriced products! So disappointed in Bath & Body Works! I hope they read these reviews so they can understand how unhappy their customers are with this policy change!

Bath and Body Works was ok, when you could use your rewards on accessories. Nothing in that store is worth the prices! If I'm going to pay a lot for perfume, I am going to go ahead and pay a bit more for designer perfume. Also you cannot vote to bring back past scents unless you are on Instagram. The majority of bbw customers whom use Instagram are probably too young to drive.

Bath and Bodyworks please get it together! I am a long time customer and these changes that keep happening with the points system has gotten out of control🙁 I always enjoyed using my points for pocketbacks and candle holders I would make goodie bags for the girls in my family and rave how they should sign up for all the perks but lately your company has gotten so stingy and honestly we should be able to use our free item on anything we choose within that price range! Make it right please your customers are your bread and butter! Stop making so many restrictions and treat us right! Very Respectfully, Unhappy Customer

I can't even believe I earned an $18.95 reward, which excludes wallflower plugs and candle holders (which I generally use my rewards on), and then charge me $10.99 shipping unless I spend more $, leaving me in fact with less than an $8 reward! B&BW's Rewards program is less than ridiculous!

The packaging came in a blue recycled bag, with several damaged products. The box sent does not look to be sent from a legitimate company. All the products were just thrown in a box. Would not recommend ordering online.

Online needs an update. Filled a cart, all items gave the option to ship. Yet at checkout anything with a spray can't be shipped. Many items say online only yet when you go in store to pickup all the items with sprays that couldn't ship those items you now paid shipping for are right there. To make all this worse, 1 item got cancelled, attempted to chat in to get it set for pickup at another store was told once its cancelled its cancelled. Was then give the Canadian customer service number. Finally got to US customer care and the price wasn't honored.
