Last night 9/13/25, I received an email stating tomorrow only the foaming soap refills would be $10.99 only. So first thing I did this a.m. was run up to the store when it opened. I was told I didn’t read the fine print. I came home to reread the ad. Lo and behold in a really small paragraph way down in the email was stated the sale ended today BEFORE store hours began. Add insult to injury the Manager was anything but pleasant. She told me I could have ordered on line BEFORE the store opened. Stupid me! I have been purchasing from them for sometime, but no more. No wonder they have so many terrible reviews.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! MY POOR MOM WAS TREATED LIKE GARBAGE AT L ACADIE MONTREAL! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF URSELVES!!!!!!!! YOU ARE LUCKY I WASNT THERE WITH HER!!!!!!

If I could’ve gone below a one star I would have. I went into Bath & Body on Sunday, August 31 to redeem my $18.95 free gift that I earned by spending a lot of money. I was told the only thing I could purchase was the refill hand soaps because everything else was on sale. They offered me absolutely no solution no help whatsoever. I did call customer service today. They offered me no solution and no help whatsoever either. I did try to purchase a wall decorative diffuser that was $18.95 and was told politely you can’t use that I said but it’s $18.95. They said we’re not allowed to sell those in that promotion. Bath & Body Works is ripping people off. I’m appalled at how many times I’ve spent so much money in that store to be slapped in the face and told there’s nothing in the store that’s worth $18.95 that I could get for free because everything was on sale.

I just purchased 45 body wash bottles.at Square One store. When coming for pickup. I found out one smell I don't like. I have to exchange to another smell. The atore manager wanted me to carry thoae 45 bottles to line up the long line. I told her it ia very heavy. I would like to leave it in frontbof the ceashier for a little bit bit ahe didn't allow. She doean't care of cuatomer's health. She just care of her policy. No flexibility. Bbad customer service!

Bought candle but had to cancle the items. Called customer service and they said I had to wait for shipping details before I could. Got the shipping details and called back same day and then I was told a whole different story but they said they would refund it. Yet as bath & body was finishing up the call they charged me instead of refund and when I contacted them 5min after the call they kept trying to act like I was crazy and that it was a pending charge from when I ordered. I tried telling them it was not and clearly shows 2 charges with no reversals but they kept saying I was wrong. I called my bank after and they confirmed bath & body stole from me. Now its a fraud investigation especially since they were denying it etc and I had recorded the calls and screen shot the chats. At this point I think i got enough to go after them for theft etc. So yes stay away from this company.

If I could have given a half a star, I would. I ordered online on a Wellness care sale. My items arrived in an open box, with things leaking and all of my items covered. It was a mess of a delivery, which made me sad because I love the products themselves. Take some care in your packaging, BBW. I shouldn’t have your products just thrown in a box haphazardly.

The rewards program is useless. I tried to purchase something more expensive than the $18.95 free item I earned, planning to pay the difference. NOPE, can't do it! Tried to purchase a new seasonal wallflower plug, NOPE, can't do it! Many items are on sale and reward can't be used. That's nice but they shouldn't be able to say the Rewards program is better than ever- it stinks.

How disappointing! Bath & Body Works reward program just took a dive. Whenever I earned my points for obtaining a reward, I would be so excited because that was a gift to myself. I normally would buy a candle holder or a wallflower holder plug in . You can no longer do that. The only things you can purchase are the very things that they discount every other day. Body care or a single wick candle. I asked the lady at the store to just tell me what I can buy. The list was way shorter. I definitely will not be going back to Bath and Body Works. Not just because of the reward program,but because I know I will not be spending that kind of money due to a new app someone told me about. It’s called YUKA . It grades the products that you’re putting on your body. Every single thing, except the hand sanitizer, is considered poor or bad for your body. Horrible! The ingredients are endocrine Disruptors. It’s literally putting poison into your system. You would think in 2025 that they would have better, health conscious products in their stores. Natural is the way to go now. The use of more essential oils In all of your products would be better. Not all of the chemicals! Very sad, hope they catch on to a new product transformation.
