Customer service, honoring online prices, talked with a few employees at two different stores and even they told me how bad online ordering and the crazy excuses customers are told, with that being said I can't and will not be spending $300-$500 a year with Bath and body works anymore, glade plug-ins are lower priced and they actually value their customers.

I purchased a GC Was told I could use the gift card right after purchase, and was unable to do so. I had a flight to catch but then had to wait until my niece was done shopping so that I could pay for her things. The store wasn’t able to give me a refund for the gift card either. WASTE OF MONEY! Complete FRAUD!

I’ve been buying the “Sweet Whiskey” lotion for years, but this fall it’s only available in candles and wall fragrances. It’s frustrating that the lineup changes so much year to year. Instead of keeping staple scents that loyal customers actually want, the company keeps cramming in endless new fragrances, detergents, and random seasonal products. Bath & Body Works used to feel dependable—now it feels like Applebee’s. Every time you show up, you don’t know what will still be on the menu.

As popular as bath and body works shop Is, sad to report the absolutely suck to order online from. They canceled two orders I made, I called customer service, barely spoke English (irritating as heck). Anyhow, she reordered my order and sent it through, the audacity that they canceled my order again! Being the fact the customer service was so bad, they didn’t even try to compensate for all the hassle they put me through, I’m done with bath and body works! I’ll no longer support their business!

I made a purchase in the Warrenton Virginia store. I used my debit card for my purchase. I watched the transaction go through on my side. The clerk was not paying attention to her side. She had turned her back to the register. When she turned back around she said that it did not go through. I told her it did. I showed her on my phone. She called her supervisor and she said no it was not a complete transaction. I reluctantly put my card back in the reader. I get home and check to find out they charged me twice. I called the store. No help. Call customer service. I explained to them what the issue was. They couldn't do anything. I have to wait until September 24th then call back and I will get my money returned then. I waited until today (September 26th) and was given the run around. I now have to wait another 10 days. Worst customer service ever. I will never shop this store again. Pathetic.

First I tried to call only to be on hold an extremely long time followed by not getting the supervisor when I asked for one. It is another out of country job and I was speaking to a woman who gave me an assumed name as her own. I had somewhere else to be so I left home and decided to try later. Once home again, I tried the online typed help, but couldn't get the answers of why the free shipping was not working. I was promised a refund for the shipping, but not given any method of keeping them to the promise. I gave up and did not place the order. Their help page does not give you any method of complaining to their office; there is no email contact at all. I would love to tell them how their methods did not give me the result I needed, but they just don't want to hear it.

The 800 Customer service is awful, Iam on hold as we speak, pnhold for 40minutes. I have called several times, no one answers, Come on on B&B works, you got to do better.

Your add stated 2 3 wick candles for $26 thru the 15th of September. Went in about 245pm only to be told the sale ended in the morning. I just read a review stating the same issue. How about wording your add on the actual date it ends. why state the next morning,while the store is closed and obviously no one can get in before the store is open.
