Order delivered to the wrong address contacted customer service and Amy was completely clueless of what I was asking. She not only got all my information wrong but completely screwed up my request and sent it to the wrong address again. I reached out again and was told after I asked that they could contact fed ex to get the address corrected so it wouldn’t go to the wrong address again they reassured me they did that and confirmed it was food to my address, guess what.. went to the wrong address again. That’s over $100 of my money they can’t seem to get correct. Called just now and Sophie who I could barely understand said they only do two requests then refund my order. No one ever said that to me and I have no product or refund. I’m so over the over seas customer service. I want my money refunded and I’m done with this company. Time to invest in America. Just fix your screw up.

Customer service is bad. Also fighting over only cents just because someone is only short on 2 cents bad review one star hate this place don't ever come here!!

Went to B&BW, they overcharged me for the buy 3 get 4 for free, and did not let me use my coupon for $10 off. The customer service person was very rude

I bought on Black Friday only to see you have better sales in the day after(Saturday). I bought over $100 worth of product. The after dollar amount per item between your Black Friday sale and today’s sale (11/29/25) is a $3 difference which adds up when you buy as much as I did. All was asking is to make it right. This was a deceptive marketing maneuver. The best sales in other stores is on Black Friday and not the day after. Your summer agent offered me 20% of my next purchase to make it right. That does not make what occurred right.

Every year I stock up on handsoap at BBW during their holiday sale. This year I was stuck out of town for a family emergency and couldn't go in person, so I ordered online. The package shipped, and the day it was supposed to arrive I got an email that Fedex damaged the package and it would be returned to BBW and refunded. Urgh. The email also said I could go online and customer service could get me a reorder of the same items and same prices. First you have to go through AI chat, then wait behind 40 people. The first agent got disconnected so I had to reconnect and wait behind 50 people. Over an hour later I'm talking to someone. The chat says William, he calls himself Damon. First he says my order was in person, not online. It's not. Then he actually finds my order and says "you have to make a new purchase for and I suggest you that if it is urgent for you can visit Bath & body Works nearby store " I explained it should be discounted and placed through him as the customer care agent. I ask for a manager. Suddenly he says he can help and doesn't need a manager. But instead of placing a new order, he keeps telling me he can refund it no problem. The refund is automatic through BBW. I need the items! His English is not good and he is not understanding and refusing to get a manager. Then he says he can reorder some items, but some are out of stock. Won't tell me which items. Won't get a manager. Finally tells me to call a `800 # and waste more time. Each reply takes about 4-5 minutes. So I have no soap, the sale is over, customer service can't/won't help me. There's no one to email. Chat is inept after 1.5 hours. Worst shopping experience ever.

From the moment I walked into the superstitution spring center in mesa,varizona.The customer service was wrong. Sometimes customer service make sure you leave the store. Where that should be more inviting. A gentleman looked at me and said, what are you here for and he says, oh, let me guess, the soaps. How Brazen. How about change the words and say. Hi, welcome in, and is there anything I can help you find. Geez! There's all these employees wandering around. I did happen to find one named April who was helpful. Everyone was too busy stocking the shelves. Once upon a time I was going to teach scrapbooking at michael's, and there was a multiple choice application that you were to fill out.One question was, if you're sticking the shelf and customers need you.What do you do?Stop and help them or continue stocking the shelves. I believe you need to stop what you're doing and help the customer. You can do better.

Today, 11/22/25, at the Turkey Creek location in Knoxville, Tennessee, I tried to exchange a tube of body cream that I bought as "extras" to keep as gifts. The cream has separated. It is oily with clumps of cream. It is the scent, "Forest" and I keep these on hand to use as last minute gifts. The associate told me it has been discontinued for too long to allow an exchange. I looked on the tube to see if there was an expiration date and could not find one. I have never ever had a problem exchanging anything at Bath and Body Works in the past. I am a teacher and get several gifts a year so occasionally I am gifted a scent that is not a favorite and I change it out. This cream is obviously a defective product. I have other "men scents" that I bought at the same time that have not separated. Just a little surprised and disappointed by this shift in their exchange policy.
