I’ve been using Bath and Body candles for several years. They smell good and burn well. I’m not able to shop in store so have to use the Internet. I have had 0 problems. I place my order, get confirmation and my products arrive. Packed beautifully. Have never received one broken. I feel good when I use this site. I’ve run into some sketchy ones.

Ordered candles from Bath & body Works when I receive my candles was broken spoke to a representative. That was very rude. Making noise put me on hold for 7 to 10 minutes. I called back again and spoke to another agent and he was nice and friendly and he replaced the candles that was broken I just received them today thank you Bath and body Works. I really would appreciate if they would monitor the calls that come in from the customers. Some of the representatives are very rude.

They make the BEST housewarming presents on the planet! And yes, the mists might not last all day, but they never said it was perfume, you are paying for a mist, you are getting a mist. My seasonal scents are my favorite picks every quarter!!!

We visited the store yesterday at Cherry Hill Mall in NJ. My husband and I had a delightful experience, the shop attendant on the door was cheery, friendly and extremely helpful. We purchased a number of items, hand soap and 3 wick candles we have yet to try the candles but the lemon kitchen hand soap smells divine and is one of our favorites and the Fresh Balsam is a lovely Christmas scent. Price wise we couldn't complain the 3 wick candles were significantly reduced in price and the foaming hand soaps were only $3.70 for the scent of heaven.
